My F11GIM2 came with 3 batteries (a more expensive package), but later on I bought 3 more batteries from Amazon for $60 each.
My first drone was defective when I lost connection at only 1420 feet and it failed to return to home. Using the app I went to its last position, but it wasn’t there. Told Amazon about the issue. They contacted the seller and I was sent a completely new package (sent the leftover stuff back). The second drone works perfectly and we’re having a wonderful time together!

Interesting. You are using the same drone and have grainy video? Are you pulling the video from the SD card?
