I may have to try this for our office's annual chili contest. Great job. I have never thought have having a smoked chili before. I have smoked a brisket and used the meat for chili but never the whole pot.
Your recipe was interesting in the way you smoked the ground beef and sausage. I'm sure smoking the meat gave it a GREAT taste. I don't like whimpy chili and I'm sure yours wasnt. Sure wouldn't want to clean the pot tho. I subbed. Looking forward to more interesting recipes. Thanx for sharing.
