Halberds and Glaives for me. Polearms are just CRAZY good when you get the right feats/build going. Josh used them in our Dragon of Icespire Peak game and his fighter Marcus was just incredible... covered so much area and like our Cobra Kai friends, he would always strike first.
@@bluedragonguild add in sentinel too. I made the “mistake” of letting Josh use the playtest fighting style Tunnel Fighter (not fully sure if that’s the right name)… he was quite simply a buzz saw

I like rapier as well for bards.

My favorite weapon and it is the great axe due to my lvl 4 fighter destroys everything with it
