I have a scenario which I need help. My query is under Name Reservation -Query/Pending. Each time I click "Unresolved" it takes me to the beginning of Filing out the Form. If I try to go back I won't see the Unresolved again. Meanwhile, I didn't click the "Resolved button". The query itself is: Upload company Certificate with Evidence of payment of Annual Return.
If I try to fill the form again to get to where I can upload the needed documents it will be asking me for payment as if I am submitting afresh. I want to upgrade my company from Business Name to a limited liability company. What should I do?

Hello sir, i was queried concerning the date of my business commencing , on the application form i filled January 2 as date of commencement and i submitted my registration on August 3 2024, the system said my business date has exceeded 28 day before the date of filling the form which was on August 3 2024 and i will need to pay a penalty of 150 naira from January January 2nd to August 3. Please kindly help me out.

I try registering a business name and I made payments via bank transfer and before I could come back to my cac portal the page has already closed, and it was asking me to sign in again when I sign in and I went back to remita portal that one also have closed, at the end of everything I was charged for the registration yet registration was not successful,. What is the penalty or how much will they charge if you write the date you started your business and not the date you registere
The issue is with the name used for registration. I submitted a name that was approved, but the query is still based on the name that was approved during the reservation. How do I resolve that?

Welldone. I have an issue with Name reservation
I made payment and reserved a name on 27th March 2024.
However, my account and dashboard is not displaying that record after 48 hours. I haven't got an approval feedback or a rejection but it's not displaying on my dashboard right now.
I then made another reservation for another client and that is the only one I can see there.
Is it the portal that's misbehaving or cos of festive period. The first client reservation was showing. Then when I reserved another one, the earlier one is no more showing and I haven't got approval for any

Assuming both starts the same day, there's no difference except that you may get more Queries than an Accredited agent if your submitted is rejected

You can't predict how many days it takes to get any of your application approved, CAC does anytime
If you are registering a Business name by yourself, there are just 2 payments: N500 for name Reservation and N10,000 for Business name registration
