Kept my S22 pre-order throughout all fires and sh*t talk. Understanding the wheel is software throttled and a true 126v along with Kingsong's reputation for QC combined with the top suspension on the market it was a no brainer. Finally the minimal range tests I've seen done on the Master is concerning. I'm looking for a minimum range of at least 80km (50 miles) .... and c'mon ... aesthetics bro.... S22 is sexy af.
yes I thought the same ..the battery in series is a worry on master and gotway rushed it...even thou they have improved rushing leads to poor quality mostly

Haven’t ridden either wheels but I bought a Eagle and for good reason, soooo stoked to hear the new firmware has helped, praying for no more fires

The Master was a brand new pre-production unit, we didn’t want to risk damaging either of them as they were lent to us. Next time.
I disagree. The performance of the Master undeniably outshines the s22. So much more speed and torque. It may require a bit more initial adjustment than the s22 but it has so much more potential. Also, the breaking on the s22 is very weak which is concerning. I initially preordered the s22 but recently changed it to the Master after riding the s22 and seeing how much better the Master is
I don’t think either of them are fully ready for production. I’m looking forward to seeing more refinement in later models.
With my Sherman, I am afraid of pedalclips and burning the motherboard.
Is the tire on the Master a Kenda 262 or the CST? Don't they look similar, with difference being the sidewall stiffness?
Master had a Kenda 262. It’s pretty good but we both preferred the S22 tire.
the master originally came with the CST. i swapped it out for the kenda 262 for this demo unit

So, this is the S20, not the S22? When is the S22 Pro being released? There's always a hesitation to buy the first release of any new wheel due to the quirks and glitches. Considering a move from the V11, but still working through the options. Any suggestions for a primary street rider? Thanks and stay safe!
It’s the same thing - they renamed it after the fire, something to do with bad luck. There’s an S22 pro out now which is slightly different.
I’ll make a long term review of the S22 soon, but it’s not been a reliable wheel thus far. Amazing when it’s working though.
I still think non-suspension OG Sherman is one of those most reliable, no nonsense wheels to come out. I’m keeping mine for a while still.
S20 is a looker
i am gotway fans myself....still owning 2 gotway wheels and 1 sherman....tried demo S20 and seriously... i love this suspension on this wheel... I ride fast and i feel safe from this. If Master has S20/22 suspension, i would not look at this wheel at all...but something that i feel good from first hop and just ride crazy with it without any further adjustment! just in case ....my friend made this little clips... and i was the rider czcams.com/video/StRvGRQ6Yv4/video.html
