You can also try selling other things to draw people into your booth. I'm doing mini pancakes, mochi donuts and waffles to bring in people at events or markets. It really helps when you can showcase some of your freeze dried products as ingredients for your baked goods. Im taking the next month or two to fill up my storage space to get ready for spring markets. Glad your doing well with your side hustle.

Excellent video. I am in Canada, Ontario, and I can still use the phrase ; Hey, have you tried freeze dried candy- as most people are still unfamiliar with that here.
How much sampling are you giving per event? Are you giving more then one?
In my opinion, the best audience for FD candy is kids. I sell more in 2 hours in school event then in 2 days of fair event.
