People go to the drive thru everyday. How would you handle seeing an armless girl going thru the drive-thru if you were a fast food restaurant employee?
Going to the drive thru can be a challenge as an armless woman. I wonder to myself every time I go to the drive through, "How is the person at the window going to react to me?" "are they going to want to take my money from my feet?" and "is this going to end up being an awkward situation when they try and hand me my food and drink?" also "what is the guy behind me thinking?"
I have had a couple of instances where the person at the window didn't want to take my money, and a couple of instances where they thought I was super cool.
Damn! She handled that transaction like a boss.
Tater PS Im not from the US, so i don't understand the creditcard culture, but why doesn't she have to sign at the bottom of the receipt?

I love how they don’t judge or ask any questions. It must get so uncomfortable and annoying when everyone comes up to you and asks about your arms. I’m glad you have found ways to make everyday life things possible, even with the disadvantage of no arms. I bet I couldn’t do half of the things you do if I had the same disadvantage. I wouldn't ask. I would just feel nervous that I might say the wrong thing or look at her weird and offend her. And some people don't mean bad things by asking. They're just truly curious.
And we take days off of work just because we hurt our thumbs.
We really take things for granted.

This is the most inspiring video I've ever seen in my goddamn life. I say that because I struggle with depression and social anxiety but watching her do things that most of take for granted the way she does makes me feel like my struggles are pathetic in comparison....wow. I experienced some withdrawal symptoms which were frankly, quite miserable. Now I feel all my body's pain for the first time in years! I don't like it at all. But misery likes company. We are all hurting somewhere. I know God does not want us to suffer. I can only imagine how much Heaven will be like with no more pain. God only knows.

I am not and never will be a "pill addict". My Dr. wanted me off so I could evaluate my chronic pain. I will need a substitute pain relief so I am not so miserable. I am a responsible pill taker and have never taken more than what is prescribed. Not everyone is addicted to their pain medicine. I don't want to feel the pain in my body any longer. If something works than why change it? Anyone else feel this way?

I also feel bad about them because maybe I don't know people with no arms get rob like some blind people and they can't defend themselves but if that ever happened to someone I see with no arms or blind getting rob ill go and beat the guy up to give the money back to you.

We say Petrol Station or ' Servo' (Service station) which is Australian slang that most people use. Gas in Australia is a term for LPG gas that you use is you have LPG gas fitted to your car. So Fuel for (Gas) and Gas for LPG Gas.
