Well worth getting up there for the views mate. Take the fam up for a walk. Wouldn't advise going up the back side though 🤣
Wow. I can't imagine running 50 miles in a race, let alone in training. I think you're the person I've seen progress the most in the time I've been watching running CZcams. Keep it up mate 💪💪

Cheers Reto I really appreciate the kind words mate. It only dawned on me in the last 15 miles that I had just come off the back of a 100 mile week the week prior 🤣
"6hours and 22minutes of running, 62K which is pretty good!"🤣😂 Pretty good yeah I'll say!!! Really that cold water must've felt good in a way!! It's one of my dreams to just go out and run 60-70km, unsupported... I was thinking I might give that a go this summer so THIS is really motivating Ben!!! Ben's Running Home video really inspired me (Time On Feet) when he ran 75miles solo from the Greenwich Observatory along the Meridian "trail"... what an adventure that was!! I LOVE running adventures!!!
Cheers Bev! It was a superb day on the trails 👌 Yeah the water was actually quite nice on the calf muscles 🤣 although not the best recovery technique it certainly helped 🤣 I highly advise giving an adventure a go. I enjoyed the planning side of things and then putting it all together on the day. 😎🤘

Ah what a solution for mud on heels - wash them off through a nice stream or three. I hope you have another pair of shoes lined up :) I've run to Rowlands Castle a few times from Petersfield but not via Butser Hill !
Yeah I can recommend it Tim. Great for kick starting the recovery too with a nice ice bath 🤣 I highly recommend you give the backside of Butser a climb mate. It does kill your goal pace though. 🤣 Thanks for watching bud! 😎🤘

What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday morning. Whilst me 🛌🛌🛌 (bed emoji btw). Want to solve the problem with Englands silly Sunday trading rules....move to Scotland, stuff is actually open on a Sunday! who'd have thought.(might be abit of an extreme life change for a bottle of coke before 10am on a Sunday 😂)
