Hi Belqis! Thanks for sharing your background with us! Yes, of course, you can take and pass the FE exam, but there are certain steps to follow. The first one is to get approval from the NCEES to your diplomate to take the FE. After receiving approval, you can begin your preparation by first downloading the specifications manual and reference handbook, and then start studying for your exam.
