  • Quick episode of our four days at Quobba Station staying at the Blowholes Campgrounds. From there we explore the region including a trip out to Red Bluff. The fishing is improving now as we slowly make our way up the coast towards Exmouth.

    Awesome video again mate , what month was this in and how were the flies and wind ?

    • @VetinaVan
      @VetinaVan  Před 2 lety +1

      Hey Mark - we hit Quobba around May / June from memory - right on peak season so it was pretty busy. But, the wind was low and there were not really any flies around. I think now it is later on in the season the win will have picked up but the flies come and go depending on the direction the wind blows them.

    Any word on if you’re allowed to take the clamshells off the shoreline?
    I want to bring one home with me but always like to make sure it’s ok in the area and I can’t seem to find anything online about them. Ty

      Pretty sure now its managed by the council that the rules around shells on the beach would stand, best thing to do would be to check with them i guess?

    can you tell me what are the chairs you used

    • @VetinaVan
      @VetinaVan  Před 3 lety +2

      hey mate, we carry our big moon chairs which are the typical ones you get at any camping store then also have our portable ones which are Helinox. They are very good, the kids ones are rated to 100kg or something so we can also use them.
