Eu tenho um pendrive com o programa DRIVER PACK SOLUTION
Aí eu instalo todos os drivers off-line
Eu uso ele há muitos anos e não falha
Mas para baixar tem que ter internet, descompactar e copiar no pendrive a pasta e depois é só executar
