Late night upload. Been sick because of all the dang smoke last week and Sponsor deadline was here. Hope the algorithm doesn't destroy this one too hard because I had fun with it.
I just ordered a fully assembled slab from Out of Darts. I got the 180 fps configuration with a metallic green and black color scheme and I'm even more hyped to get it after seeing how much you like yours 😁
7:37 I had that exact problem where someone used that area as a grip and snapping the plastic, the print is fixed now. I just like seeing a reviewer bring this problem up.
How are 3d printed blasters falling out of favor? They're still really the only option for consistent 200fps blasters. I put my SLAB order in with SFI 3 weeks ago. Can't wait for it to ship. 4-6 week lead time. It's gonna be worth it.
He's probably talking about the people who decide to get blasters from Dart Zone, since buying 3d printed tends to cost more for similar performance. But then again, 3d printed stuff is irreplaceable since there are so many loved by the community for things a company couldn't replicate.
Watching you actuate the lever at 4:28 somewhat confirms my suspicion that lever actions in this hobby hold the benefit of keeping the barrel on target (vs the slight movement that you see at say, 9:06 in your "Maybe everybody was wrong about the Dart Zone Pro MK 1.2" video). It's probably minor, but I imagine it does help with taking consecutive attempts to tag someone.
The Geats color scheme gave me the idea to paint my Aeon pro the same way. The form factor on the latter is fairly similar to that of the Magnum Shooter 40X. Could probably do the same for the Nexus to simulate the rifle mode.
Hope you feeling better WalcomS7 the way you're smiling in the thumbnail holding the Nerf shotgun blaster I might want to run if I didn't want to get hit by the darts of said shotgun/ blaster good video
I love lever action. But sadly, this feels just a bit too expensive to justify for myself. I understand why it has to be that way. 3D printing-and the expertise needed-just can't match the price/quality of assembly lines. I have SilverFoxIndustries lever action mod for the Takedown, and the print quality and machining is stellar. But these are ultimately toys. It's a hard sell, when we have so many incredible off the shelf blasters being designed.
Yeah, I know where you are coming from. I priced out what I would need to get one into Canada with everything to get it running and ended up with a number like $450CAD. Without regular games up here, it's hard to justify.
@@Quincy915 Yikes. I don't have regular games here either. Even if I did, I already have a Perses and a GameFace Prime I got on fairly decent discount. Even comparing to other stuff in our hobby, there's so much that money could buy. And prices that high, it starts to become a question of other hobby items, or even a car payment!
My slab was getting around the same fps with a sf25tc, a 35cm and sillys Merlin scar. Wish it was more consistently around 200 gonna work on my seal a bit to try to get a bit higher

This blaster is fantastic. Fun to use, easy to prime, great aesthetic, (not made by a transphobe...). What more could you ask for really? I'm getting a leather wrap kit for it on etsy, can't wait!!
@@refrigeratorNO The last mag fed lever action 180+fps blaster was, unfortunately, made by an individual who shared some unsavory views on trans folk. Walcom made a video covering it, and basically immediately took it down due to backlash.
@@refrigeratorNO Well, the Medusa is a very similar blaster, but the community witch hunted the guy that made it over something he allegedly said on discord. Not sure where the proof is, but it had something to do with transgenders and the community turned on him. Honestly a shame since the blaster is pretty great, but he's pretty much done with the hobby at this point because of it. He doesn't have much of an online presence outside of a few posts on Reddit and his Etsy store. The only place he allegedly said anything was Discord, which isn't truly public
Also Dr flux shows alot of these , all have problems (do t care if easily fixed ) at 200$ + it should be premium, yet no 3d printed blaster can boast that , why are 3d printed over priced blasters a thing ?! Makes less sense 5hen the gel fire in my opinion
Unfortunately, that feels like an unavoidable side effect of 3D printing being a relatively new technology. 3D printers require maintenance and some expertise to operate. They are expensive. They work in small batches. 3D printing is never going to reach the low prices of assembly line manufacturing. At least, not until the tech is much older and more developed. I love the idea of the blaster, and I sadly can't justify the price. But I understand why it needs to be that pricey.

That barrel thing looks real neatsauce.
I honestly thought it was an ultra blaster from the thumbnail. Still an amazing blaster
I have had mine for a few weeks now. I really enjoy it! Very cool design.
Love the reciprocating barrel action of it! Looks really cool!😎
Needs a lever lock and tuning cap IMO, but I do like the threaded trigger link rod
damn that's gotta be one of the best looking and sounding blasters I've ever seen
Personally hoping someone makes a tube fed, mag lever action ,half dart springer or plunger in the near future
Silly is making a new bolt action blaster
Close to 200K, let’s go
2:18 Yooooo he got the desire driver from kamen rider geats
And in Episode 33 they showed a Walrus ID core...
It's a POF Tombstone mated with 1887 Winchester shotgun. I need one. My first Nerf was a Slingfire.
So I’m about to buy one of these. Do you mind me asking what spring and lever style you went with?
We all know break action can never be beaten
I can just tell by the thumb nail it's gonna be a fire blaster.
YOU GOT THE DISIRE DRIVER TOO!?
can wait for another 3d print giveaway
Jamming to the phantasy star online music in the background
If the bottom of your blaster rest is hollow, you can tape some soup cans or something else heavy in there. A friend of mine had to do that lol
It sounds like when you deploy a real steal lynx.
So cool
Changing the spring is taking out the 3 giant flat head screws not the front screws there
Great video, boss man. Maybe I can convince my wife that this would make a great Christmas present, lol.
Was wondering how long it would be before you did a video on this one 😂

Not too sure about the forward moving barrel, reminds me a bit of certain online content involving certain piston like machines
