Welcome to Episode 4 of Leah's Big Walk: John O'Groats to Land's End! Today, I walked 13.89 miles from Helmsdale to Brora.
The day started off well, but the terrain quickly became challenging, with sections that had me navigating over rocks, boulders, and train sleepers.
Despite the tough conditions, I was treated to the sight of some interesting birds along the route.
