Squeak Squeak, Baking soda is a very bad option for whitening teeth, sure it cleans well, but baking soda removes/dissolves the enamel coating on your teeth which can lead to extreme sensitivity on teeth, instead you can make a paste by grinding kiwis, and cucumber and a lime, kiwis have a lot of calcium and has an acid which removes stains, and cucumber removes any bad bacteria on your teeth, and the lime is just to make the paste more fluid and to add a nice citrus smell to your paste, and you can use this paste to clean your teeth, it is what I use after eating delicious lettuce and grass.
By the way, if you have a doctor's degree, you should atleast know this,
P.S Baking powder is a better option
This is a myth. Baking soda once every week has no effect on enamel health and does a great job at cleaning teeth.
I brush with baking soda daily, Blessed Be.
Thanks
Why r u not showing the brushing procedure with baking soda? If its really work without damaging our teeths they you can show this too..
hes scared
@@mr.gunduambrawlstars5656 thats true
It's a very dangerous thing to do no one should do what he is saying
Used baking soda for years to save money on toothpaste. It was so abrasive it gave me cavities and my teeth weren't whiter.
Isnt baking soda for whitening not really cleaning and hence why you wouldve developed cavities?
This is true! I use baking soda now and my teeth are much whiter
Me: seeing this
Me: also wanting to do it but too scared too
My natural dentist in Clearwater Florida has us brush with baking soda and sea salt and make sure we use a child size toothbrush and to get our gums massage also
this actually worked
Does it work?
Thank you so much Super Doc, I really really appreciate your telling us about this, but I know about it. Please stay safe and well too xxx Mags ❤❤❤
I have heard lots of dentists say dont use baking soda, because it scratches the enamel of your teeth
My grandma told me this when I was like 9
Does it work?

Hydrogen peroxide instead of water, with an electric tooth, works even better.
Hydrogen peroxide and baking soda were used before they had commercial toothpaste with their fluoride poison inside.
@MarcMallary do you add undiluted food grade hydrogen peroxide? Cheers 😁
I like to mix mine with a lil peroxide, and coconut oil. Work great!
Thank you for your help 😊🙏🏼
So why are there rumors that baking soda is not good for brushing???! Can't stand when they say one thing and then another. Then they want to say we're stupid.
Baking soda vs other toothpastes is the least abrasive. I dont have the chart anymore but even though it is abrasive, it’s not nearly as bad as toothpaste
Because they think you do it every day ,you don’t do it every day ,you only do it two times a week
My father would mix baking soda and cinnamon together. Would wet his brush and dip it in the mix and brush his teeth. Died in his 80's with all of his teeth intact. Wish I had followed that lead. 🤦🏻♂️
Understand ,my Daddy was Cherokee and we learned a lot of natural remedies from him.he also passed,1985 .he's probably saying well done Lil red.i was born with bright red hair,
I have done that a lot in my time and it really does work whenever we didn't have any toothpaste that's what I use back in the day
This guy speaks fax he knows what hes doing unlike that bentist guy
I thought this was bad for your teeth, i'm confused
@@petersenior8735 I clean my teeth 20 years with baking soda and have good teeth. When you want to rotten your teeth, than use toothpaste with fluor. This is always by dentists recommended. The reason why? You will get more tooth holes so you visit the dentist more often.
@@petersenior8735 dentists receive kickbacks and freebie’s from toothpaste manufacturers. Baking soda is dirt cheap and does a better job than normal toothpaste. Plus all toothpaste manufacturers have their own (expensive) line of baking soda toothpaste.
@@bartobruintjes7056 exactly ..money.
@@bartobruintjes7056 they got me good too lol. Went to the dentist at eighteen they found a small hole in my tooth, said it wasn’t nothing and sent me on my way. Weeks later I’m coming back in to cap off a root canal.
i did this for quite some time because i wanted “pearly white teeth”, only for them to become REALLY sensitive even when all that i do is drink water…
DONT USE ARM AND HAMMER BECAUSE THEY ADD FLUORIDE!!! AND OTHER HEAVY METALS!!!!
Thanks Doctor.
Yes safe and healthy
Thank you!
Use every day and I add baking soda to salt for mouthwash.
Do you rinse it out after ?
Yes do it for 30 seconds to 1 minute the rinse it out or u can add ur toothpaste to it and brush for the 2 minutes that’s recommended but only use the baking soda once a day u should see results depending on how much stains are on ur teeth in a few days to 2 weeks
do I need to apply once every week?
❤❤❤yes doc thank u so much
