I did receive the pw. But it took 15 minutes for the playbill to upload just on my laptop. I am trying to upload it on my tv now and its been almost 30 minutes with nota. I have xfinity extreme pro at 600mbps so its not a source problem. Also when I hit the download button, nothing was showing or telling me that it was downloading. It went straight to the 2 min trailer leaving me thinking that was the download. The system is not user friendly for us old fogies:)
how do I access the streaming live productions? I paid for it but nothing allows access?
