Courts in India have too much power and absolutely no accountability...No institution which is not answerable to the people should have this much power in a democracy.

@alphabetsim I think you don't know about constitution. We have check and balance system all the powers is not confined in one part of the system. And if u are talking about courts ,they are there to resolve any issue in two parties.
So what do you want judges should be elected as govt.?
The basis structure of constitution fails here if u want this. Go and read constitution and then comment on any thing
