- How to be annoying with the push of a button. My E46 is tuned by Revmatch Motorsport. It has Catless headers & a muffler delete.

What’s the button doing?
@@surpllux revmatch motor sports syncs the pops and bangs to the cruise control button if the car came stock without cruise. if the car came with cruise, then they use the AC to toggle the bangs.

It's the cruise control button. Technically you can do it on the air conditioner button too unless your ac works then it's a bad idea
yeah my audi has a cruise control stock i just push it forward to turn bangs on and pull it back to turn off. pretty cool.

I would like that on my car just for little pops sometimes I wouldn’t want my car to be crackling all the time that’s a great investment
Well, that’s the reason this is button controlled, so it doesn’t pop all the time.
This sound is amazing compaired to the 335i burble tunes. Essentially it might be kinda the same thing? but this sounds so much more crisp and pleasant.
NA vs turbo charged, I guess? NA definitely sounds RAW compared to turbo.

@@slavko_007 I’m sorry you lost your e46 in a wreck. I hope no one was injured in the accident. I lost my 2006 e46 M3 convertible in a crash in 2020. What about a rolling 2 step button thay holds the rpm at a standard amount? So u drive the car up to rhat rpm, then floor it, and let go of the button and go flying. That’s what I want 😂
Should be easy enough to map into a button, or do some brake boosting 😉
@@brad15020 yea cuz u can do it from a stop w the clutch down and right when u let the clutch off r let go of the button it’ll give it full power, or you could use it when ur driving, drive the car up to rhat rpm, hold it there while building boost, then go

This is an Xtrons unit. I’ve had zero issues with mine. I recommend buying a unit with at least 4GB ram.

@@6ixvamp don’t like pop n bangs, is supposed to be early kind of anti lag for turbos (which is ok for race cars but still wears turbo a lot, explosions happens just at its gates) and therefore is no good for street cars.
On N/A engine is even worse (and 100% useless performance wise), it’s directly valves that takes the pop n bangs’ shockwave!

The buttons still function as their intended to. The cruise control will still work if activated, and so will the AC.

‘XTron’ OEM style unit bought from eBay a long time ago.
97 audi a4 _2.8 v6 ... once you take the cats off on these it does it ..once I put the stage 2 tune on it and 3' pipe...it should stop. Just running a Lil rich because the air to fuel mixture partially because of the 02 sensors can't ago outside there programed margin of change. But I'll be posting videos of it tomorrow and go from there if you wanna checked it out then..subbed bro. Sounds good, similar to mine mine but yours pols harder lol

Yes, my car was originally a 325i, and the cluster is still original, despite the extended redline I have now with the B30 motor.

what have u done ? just picked up an e46 sedan, i want it to burble but not obnoxiously.
I added headers and deleted my mufflers. I like the sound of muffler’s burbles but, that’s not what my car does. Mine has been tuned to pop with the press of a button on my steering wheel. Some consider the sound obnoxious, though. I wouldn’t recommend my setup for you.
