Hi jonny, my mental health has been worsening for a long time. Here's the reason.
Like eveybody in life, I also had experienced several moments of extreme physical pain and discomfort in my childhood. I once broken my ring finger, I once severely vomited, once chocked, had urinary infection, once electrically shocked etc and gone through several other moments of extreme physical pain and discomfort. but eventually I've healed from all of those pain and discomfort. But after going through such moments of physical pain and discomfort through my life, i can surely say that these are worst experiences and I don't wanna experience them again in my life. And after those experiences my mental health is distubed. Whenever i think of those past physically hurtful moments of my pain, scream and tears, my mental start to get really worse. And now I have no will to live life anymore because of the reality of the existence of pain and discomfort. Because pain and discomfort are worst and uncomfortable experiences. This reality of pain and discomfort is making my mental health worse. Unimaginable pain is a real thing and words like unimaginable/unbearable pain makes my mind uncomfortable. What if there is something even worse than pain and discomfort that exists in another domensions? Thinking about it disturbs me a lot. And like eveybody I still face with problems in my life from time to time. some weeks ago I accidentally burned my hand and the discomfort was very high. And whenever I go through such moments of pain and discomfort in my life, my will to live life is getting even lower and lower because those are uncomfortable moments and i wish death for me. So, at this point what do I do?

Hi, I'm very sorry to hear about your difficulties. Given the extent of your pain I would recommend finding a therapist that feels the right fit to work with on these fears and past traumas related to pain. Ideas from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy may be helpful in that we can all develop our ability to handle pain more skilfully. You might want to watch the video on my channel ACT Skills for Chronic Pain. Additionally the body has mechanisms to help us escape severe pain, as a child I broke my arm severely and for 2 hours I felt nothing in my arm, the pain came in and I was given morphine at that point and again I was free from the pain. So the body's mechanisms and improving pain medication help. Also ACT can improve pain tolerance significantly and is an evidence based pain treatment in the UK. A lot of people find self-hypnosis useful for managing pain as well. I would try to reduce the rumination you are doing about this fear by working defusion skills (see the videos on this channel about defusion, dropping anchor) and dipping in and out of the stream. Again, given the intensity of your difficulties I would reach out for therapy support someone trained in ACT, CBT, MBSR/MBCT, DBT, CFT (ideally some combination of these approaches)...
