I’d imagine they’re trying to state two different and unconnected opinions, that they believe Jay has aged really well, and that he deserves all the success he’s earned, but not that they believe these have anything to do with each other and/or have influenced each other in any way.
Funny how much of a difference a comma, full stop, or apostrophe e.t.c. can make.

So $300 would be more than a quarter of the entire median monthly wage in 1970 after taxes.

Rich was absolutely correct. The alternative is a few insanely high calorie meals, which is even harder because you’ll be so stuffed after the first 2 that getting that 3rd in is torture. Unless you want to drink a cup of olive oil and put 80-20 ground beef in a blunder with orange juice.

nah man mfs just cant shop around or look for deals. Chicken breast 7-12$ a pound near me. Found a store that has it on sale 5 pounds for $2.5 per pound on weekends. Gotta look for the deals they are still out here.

@edanridge3023 100% spot on bro, I go to my local supermarket at 8pm and get all the reduced meals, meats and grains that have all the macros which last me for 3 days and all just under £15, can't eat like a bodybuilder or athlete, more like for sustenance now.
I spend 300 quid a week on food for myself when bulking.. I had to sacrifice driving I now ride a bike.. my cardio is my daily commute to work and back. Everyone thinks I'm nuts but I'm stubborn and if I wanna do something I'll find a way by any means..
