"I've done a bit of racing..." you could say that John 🙌🏻
🎉
😂👍
I just loved this , such genuine warmth and friendship between you both 🙂
John helped me a when I raced the TT - top bloke
As a superbike fanatic from south africa, i cannot wait for your 2024 superbike group test....
We want Honda to bring the updated Blade to the USA 🇺🇸
I have ridden this bike and the 2024 BMW S1000RR. As a highly intelligent and skilled rider, I now own a BMW. Honda is a hammer. BMW is a scalpel hammer.
The legendry name, Fire-blade, lives on…
What a fantastic bike, i would love to experience riding it for a day.
Chad defo happy with this new blade and on paper it seems Honda have sat up and listend to what has been said by the various racing teams. Could well be the year, big racing H are back with a bang...
John is a hero. Thanks so much. No way I have the skills for a blade. I can pin a 600, just. How they ride flat out on the tt blows me away. Love practice week, can’t wait to see it. Awesome bit of kit but way past my skill level. Thanks again.
good to see dean harrison with honda, hopefully some wins at the tt.
Perfection!
Wow! What a beautiful bike!!
Awesome 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Honda can produce some incredible stuff when they put the effort in, The Retail Price is rather spicy though 😱
The base fireblade is a much more reasonable (but still pricey) bike to get
Yes, yes Drag racing please 🤩
FIREBLADE 👑👑👑
Only thing that I’m wondering is if Honda could have made the can any longer
Shame it's in the back at wsbk, hopefully will be better in bsb and the roads.
I cant wait. I buy the Carbon Edition 😎
So you think this would be good for my 30mile commute?
This is brilliant from Honda. We will see how quick it is at the iom tt.
Noice!
Be an interesting BSB this year,, with the no 1 plate rider on one ,, from northern Ireland,, John is a bit of an expert on them ☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️ from northern Ireland
Any news on the U.S release date?
I Said years ago I want a 2024 cbr1000rr when I bought my 2004 cbr1000rr. Just to see what 20yrs can do to this platform unfortunately the prices of these bikes nowadays are just way out of my range. Maybe give a couple years and buy a used 2024.
if i was about to earn a little bit of money and i had the choice between a v4sp2 and this. Honda gets my money everyday based on your review.
i am under the spell.
Nobody does red, white and blue as well as Honda! I remember my old CBX550 and VF750 - they may not have been great bikes but they certainly looked the business in HRC colours.
Had a 550F with fairing brakes were a Pain to work on and the exhaust not easy to clean.
But otherwise good
@@user-tt6il2up4o "Inboard Ventilated Discs" - there was a solution to a problem that didn't exist! 😭
At 7.43 you put in images of the CBR600 ..........
🎉
Looks like a cracking bike.
But let's be real, sports bikes are pointless for the road.. but I still want this 😅.
7:46 - CBR 600RR 😉
It is Easter! 🐣
so its better than my 2004 1000rr then 😂
Just needs some magnesium wheels 👌👌👌👌
Honda needs a better rider in wsbk
Like who?
@@massivehunt Miguel Oliveira :P
Honda needs a better motogp bike
They have good riders in WSBK but kit doesn't have that potential... Iker Lecuona outperformed Alvaro Bautista in MalayalanGP last year even he was better than some GP riders when he replaced Marc Marquez...
They need a Toprak! Be interesting to see how Tommy Bridewell gets on with it in BSB this year.
Man I absolutely love ❤️ my zx10r but if I was going to get another bike I'd have to go with this sexy girl she is a mean 😍 looking bike this bike just looks sounds and looks fast as hell I really think 🤔 this is the best 👌 bike you could get right now I don't think I'll ever let my 2020zx10r ever go because I love it somuch but I will be putting a 2024 rrr next to it forsure
Thinking about it, using two separate throttle bodies for the phasing of cylinder power output gives you the opportunity to convert the flat-plane, inline 4 (screamer) into a sort of cross-plane (big-bang) output for power levels of around 50-70%. This means you can enjoy the benefits of a cross-plane power delivery to maximize tire adhesion accelerating out of a corner. Basically giving you the best of all worlds. Brilliant!
I'm no engineer, and I barely can understand cross-plane crank design, but I was wondering about giving power to one side of the crank while the other side is relatively dormant. How does this affect the crank, and does it create a third source of vibration (after primary and secondary)?
I think Honda riders of wsbk are not taking risks, blaming only bike
Don’t always blame the riders look at the manager first he’s responsible for a hell of a lot in wsb
First
Second!
Ohh yeah i thought i was first 🤦♂️🥲😭
Those wings are way too small to do much of anything
Why cap things at 1L?
I bet it's a dog below 10,000 rpm.
There's not going to be much advancement in the 1L combustion engine space until we're talking about direct injection, VVT, even rotary valvetrain instead of poppet valves. You can spin these things until 18,000 rpm or 20,000 rpm or whatever the mechanical limit of connecting rods are, and they'll be even less relevant to the public than they already were. How much of the public (now 2/3 living paycheck to paycheck) can afford to live on a racetrack? And the fact someone will argue with me about this tells you how disconnected people are from the real world.
Adding more complexity to the engine just adds weight, I think we're fine with bikes already having 200 plus horsepower mate, and for road bikes, no one wants to ride a 20k rpm bike.. Even motogp spins up to like 18k, too gutless everywhere else but at the top, and I assume the reliability won't be too good with such high revs, even though they've got an extremely oversquare engine, you can talk about the tiny 250cc flat fours in the 90s, but those bikes have tiny tiny tiny strokes, and I bet you couldn't feel any power in anywhere but 15k rpm 💀
I hate to be that guy, but whoever is the rider racing on Honda in wsbk must go and be replaced immediately. The bike is too good not to score any big wins.
Overpriced and underspecced, especially compared to the zx10r and s1000rr. No wins in wsbk either. Good luck.
You don’t half post a lot of bollocks 🙄
Even MM93 can't win with honda, I don't know why will anyone buy this
I will and I don’t care who will win or lose with the bike
Tell me you know fk all about motrorcycles without te.......
