OP in the first story definitely not a jerk. The brother not only stole from him, but also violated the laws of the man code. Which state, if you’re at a friends, or family members house and you want a beer from there good stuff, you ask. And if they say no, or don’t answer, assume the answer is no. You are allowed to ask what kind of brand it is in case you want to buy it for yourself, but you’re not allowed to take a bottle let alone the entire case without permission.
Op in story 2: pretty sure this has nothing to do with the picture. He's panicking because he's afraid of losing his friend. He's being replaced in order of importance with the gf. This is pretty immature, but he sounds legit scared. I'd say no jerks here, but op needs to talk with his friend, or he will be the jerk for the "all or nothing" attitude he's leaning towards.
This very same situation happened to me a little less than a year ago, lost a friend i knew since kindergarten

OP of first story was never jerk, OP of second story is a big drama queen, OP's sister is very much the jerk, OP's Sarah is best girl and NOT the jerk in the fourth story, OP's father is the jerk in the fifth story HOLY COW IS THIS GUY MEAN, District Manager said it best in sixth story "did it better than I could", Boss in seventh story is being a bit harsh :(

how is op a drama king when the best friend replaces his photo in his wallet? He's not a drama king he's a jerk.
And combine the fact that the op hasn’t been able to spend time with his best friend and it’s only coffees so yes he is the jerk about the picture but it was all built up and that just happened to be the last straw
Personally, I'm not willing to start a fight. The best friend got a girlfriend and that doesn't mean that he can't make time for OP anymore. However, girlfriend has to come first since that's Best Friend's (basically) significant other. And if OP is getting in between that, it becomes a problem.
Story 5: The father-in-law sounds like a creepy, sexist jerk.

Yeah. We don't hear much about what the fiance thinks but what little we do hear, it sounds like he overall has the OP's back here, even if it took some time for him to get it.
Oh no I wouldn't have even let him in my place to begin with.. you already know what kind of scumbag he is. And as soon as he showed up I'd lock up everything in my room. Glad you got revenge
In regards to story 3, something slightly similar happened to me. I had a friend, Pablo, whose girlfriend (I genuinely don't remember her name, so let's call her Cindy) lived in an awesome area, very touristy and safe, and expensive. She had just started her business as a seamstress making custom clothes, and I had hired her to make me a dress. I go over to her apartment to get meassured, and we start talking about how I'd like to move out soon, since I don't get along with my parents and have a more or less stable job. She scoffs and go "omg, you're already 20, you should've moved out by now! It's not hard, I really don't know what's holding you back?" and I explain that even though I'm good at my job, I'm scared of being fired because the company is being run by morons that could bankrupt it at any minute. At one point I ask her "and how much is rent?" and she replies "no idea! My dad pays it".
When I tell you I was flabbergasted, dumbfounded, nonplussed, confounded and bewildered...
Btw, Cindy saw absolutely no irony in preaching to me about how easy it is to move out, low key chastising me for not doing it yet, while at the same time having her dad pay her rent.
But then again, she also didn't understand why Pablo was heartbroken when she went on vacation, fucked a guy on the beach and did a shitload of coke.
On the first story.
My husband got a promotion in the city and state my brother lives in. My brother and his family let my family live there until we were able to find a place. He always has different kinds of alcohol there and told me I was free to have some. While my brother and sister in law never said no to me, I asked every time if it was okay before I had some. It was really cool, I got to try out some really random beer with them, there was always something different. Of course their favorites were there too.
story 2 op acts like they are the only person in the freinds life that matters the friend has a gf now and op acts like is the worst thing ever news flash your not the center of his life like you think you are
I mean yes and no. I 100% think OP is over exaggerating the removal of the picture. However, he is noticing that his friend is slowly drifting apart when the GF came into the picture. This is a cause for concern if OP wishes to keep the friendship intact.

Story 2: I understand it's tough when someone who's been your best friend for years finds a romantic partner and you're no longer the most important person in their life. But oh my god does OP have some issues. Freaking out over a photo in a wallet that got replaced? A joke photo at that? And it doesn't even sound like his friend is cutting ties with him or something as they're apparently getting coffee together once every few days. My best friends and I don't see each other nearly that often and we've never had any problems.
Story 5: The father in law is a giant creep. The fact he even thought for a second he had the right to be in the room when the baby will be born, let alone voice that thought out loud in all its entitlement, is baffling. If the baby is a girl, I'm confident he'll be awful to her so keep her far away from him. Or rather, keep the baby far away from him anyway even if it's a boy.

As an alcoholic Knowing I am an alcoholic op should of pretty much already understood his brothers habits. Ones never enough and if it's there it will be drank. While op pointed out he had his own mini fridge to hold a few in his room should of already known what was going to happen. Then after the brother tried to make right but still being an alcoholic and tried to make right shows a lot for a drunk. I'm not trying to make excuses for the brother but if your in that mindset the decision was pre made and if his brother cared and understood his constitution he would ove never had the beer in the fridge in the first place to be stolen. I gamble occasionally, but when I do I set a budget of like $10. I mainly do it for fun, absolutely sure that I will lose as it comes with gambling. But occasionally I do have a small win, and feel good when it happens.

So I’m a 9 yr old boy and when I got back from school my neighbour and her nephew came to our house the boy comes in and looks around my room and when he has to go he tries to steal one of my most expensive Lego sets, the daily bugle and the bites my hand to grab it and eventually I got the set back (it was in the box it costs around 300 to 400 pounds)

Now this story spans over 4 years, it started when I was 11. I was in grade 6 initially and am still dealing with this in grade 9. I am in a particular class to help people who have gone through traumatic experiences, have suffered from mental health problems or have some sort of learning disability. I struggle with all of the following being diagnosed with PTSD, ADHD, serve depression, generalized anxiety disorder, and schizophrenia. Also please note that a few have been suspected but not fully diagnosed due to my young age. I have a kid in my class, let’s call him Dicky, and yes I know it a little on the nose, who struggles with taking social cues and is currently undergoing a diagnosis for a mild form of autism. Now I and Dicky weren’t necessarily well acquainted, but we did have a friend in common, let's call her Anne. Now in Grade 6, we would often head out for recess in the field. Anne, who loved to talk and gossip would often go meet other students from what we referred to as “Integrated classes” or the normal classes that most people would attend, while me and Dicky were left behind. I never bothered to follow Anne as I knew I didn’t like to get into gossip at the time and decided to let her go and chat with new people. This is where some of the incidents occurred. Dicky was usually more subtle (If you could call it that) at would tell dirty jokes that I would laugh awkwardly at, not wanting to hurt his feelings. This went off for 3 weeks and escalated into comments, first mild, and grew more and more explicit. He then began to “Touch me” In highly sexual ways, please note that we were both 11 at the time. It was at first my arms and upper thighs and went on to my chest, butt and then the “Certain area between my legs” At this point I went home and told my parents. They immediately called the school, reported it and waited for something to happen. We had a meeting with the principal and Dicky got suspended, yes, suspended, for I believe 5-7 days. Now, after grade 6, which ended in a pandemic, Anne ended up leaving the school about a month or two in. Dicky and I were still well aquated but I tried to let it go, while still leaving my guard up. In the middle of the year, the same incident occurred, though slightly milder as I went straight home and told my parents who went to the principal and had a sit down with Dicky. We both signed a paper, saying that Dicky will respect my words when I tell him and I will tell him when I am uncomfortable. In grade 8, EXACTED FUCKING THING! Everything was the same. Now, this year, Dicky has started harassing and assaulting me, but telling me all his exploited fucked up fantasies with my twin sister. Note, I know he was struggling with social cues, but my words were along the line of the following: “Fuck off”, Leave me alone. Don't fucking touch me. I will slap you if you come near me” but NOPE! Once again went to the principal, and she gave him a 4-day suspension and left it at that. We went back and said that he has been stalking me in the halls and making crude gestures as I walk by. The stress and fear resulted in me losing 10+ lbs due to my refusing to, taking up my habits of self-harm, and even attempting suicide by overdosing, which was unsuccessful, when my parents finally asked me what was happening, I told them everything. I also said that the reason I hadn’t told them before was I didn’t want to be a burden as they have 3 other kids that were also struggling. The next day after we talked we went in and demanded that he be escorted or removed from the school. Our principal said that everyone child has the right to go to school. My mother responds with “No, every child has a right to an education, not to go to school, if a person is making a person feel unsafe or threatened, they do not get to go to school” Our principal told us that he would have an escort with him at all times, he would work in a separated, isolated room with a staff member, and have a designated root, as to limit any interactions between us in the halls. But, no one escorted him, I was escorted which I had requested, but not him, he is roaming around the hall during class and will go so fall as to watch be in my class. The staff members only walk to my integrated class, in which I am in all 4 core subjects, both options and Physical Education, so he'll stand outside my classes and stare. I have no idea what I should.
Try talking to law enforcement. This sounds like molestation or SA, and you should file charges and tell them that the school isnt able or willing to handle the situation appropriately.
I feel like the second story, op is a little fruity.
I'm not proud of it but I used to spend that kind of money to 400 to $500 a week I think I have a handle on it now because I only spend maybe 10 to $15 a month if even that
