Good tips. It's also important to ensure that there is available head count for you when your internship ends. Nothing is worse than doing all that work to try and get an offer only for there not to be a position to get offered into. The classic strategy is to get one of the existing full-time developers fired.

That's a good point! You need to know what's available early in your internship

Hi thank you for you tips! They are very useful! I wanna ask that is it proper to tell the manager at the !beginning that you want an return offer? If not, what is the best moment to talk to manager about that? Thank you!

I think as soon as possible is ideal, within the first few weeks is great but anytime is fine. It can be an awkward conversation but if you simply say that you would love the opportunity to come back and work for the company after you graduate and you want to make sure that you are on the right track to do so, they will usually help steer you on the right path. Hope that's helpful!!
