These ear guards are the only ones I actually like wearing. Whenever my ears get injured, I wear these ear guards so I can still keep training.
I cant compare them to any other brand; as this has been my very first pair. I am about a month into using your earguards and LOVE that they are saving my ears... I just started having problems with my left ear (i have drained it 5/6 times). Now my ear is no longer giving me any problems and it has even deflated. My ear is not perfectly perfect, but I am definitely holding off on visiting the plastic surgeon! Just wished I made this purchase 6 months ago!
Jesus Rodriguez hey man I’m looking to buy some ear guards stuck between these or the matman ones or the asic gel ( hard ones ) I train jujitsu and wrestling.., do you still were these grapplearts? If so how is it keeping up? Does your ears gets smashed on the mats when rolling? Do they come off while rolling?

Hey Mr. kesting i just got my head gear in the mail today. It fits good but the chin strap looks like it may break easily if i roll hard in it.
so sgould u always wear earguards or only if u are going to do certain positions that acquire u laying on ur ears?
is it legal to use them on competition?
Any other tips for preventing cauliflower ears Stephan? I tape mine if I have no earguards a use anti-inflamation gel, I would like to know your take on that.

The gel is a must, it's so good (contains heparin). I use it after every training just for sure and I have no more pain when combined with soft earguards (almost same as in the video).
Taping ears is less effective than earguards for me, because I get pain in the mid section of my ear (antihelix) and it hurst because of compression, so having some kind of cups around them is super useful. However if you get pain in the upper (helix) part of your ear, taping seems extremely effective.
Anybody else think Stephan looks like that Russian space cadet who made it to orbit before anyone else?

hey... quick question, can you also do boxing sparring with that guard, because in boxing you can get caught in the years too, so can they also take punches?
you have a headgear in boxing and plus, it's not very common in boxing, even at the elite level. almost no one has them

Do you guys where cups in bjj? They're not allowed in comp, so idk if I should wear one
You can wear them in begineers groups as people are generally more clumsy. I usually skip it on intermediate training as I haven't seen any injuries in the groin area at those trainings.

Some people think cool to have cauliflowers some people dont want it, no matter, its a personal preference of how one's want to enjoy their bjj training.....
i have guys i train with that dont care either way but they want to just stay on the mats

I can tell you how to adjust it... Undo the straps, take it off, throw in garbage. Who ever wears these unless its like high school or college wrestling? lol
People who like avoiding injuries? lol
