A big round of applause to everyone who passed the 2023 Bar Exams, young & old, first-timers & repeat-takers, no matter which part of the country they live in. Hopefully the new entrants to the legal profession will put principles & people over personal self-interests & the crooked.
With that being said, it is a shame the Supreme Court brought back the topnotcher system for the second year in a row (after it was briefly set aside two years ago), and I think it's high time the SC (as well as the PRC) do away with this whole topnotcher thing completely.

They should be happy. If they were full time students when they studied law. they must pass the Bar so they can work as a lawyer. Otherwise, what will be their livelihood? But for those who work while studying law and pass the Bar the more sweeter because they can now be a lawyer. which means another kind or higher work in status.

In the Philippines everybody graduates 100% there's a major problem, fly by night school and pay as you go, I don't know why they're so excited when there's no work for these people, they'd be lucky to make $200 dollars per month.
