Intro track ID pls?
Tian Tao's back squat is literally so crisp, almost as perfect as it can get. Constant upper back and elbow position, upright torso, knees stay forward. So good!
That's literally just short legs
If someone's got longer legs and leans forward more, that doesn't mean their squat is worse
@@Lee-ic2ynWORSE IT IS
short limbs = easy lifts
Perfect mechanics for it 😅
Look at the depth, He's repping 270kg at perfect depth everytime
love the raw footage without commentary
This ultra 4K definition is almost too much greatness in one video.
pls more of these kind of vids! no commentary just weightlifting 🙏
the admirable thing about team china is that they're winners AND they look the best while winning
The most important strength accessories are asteroids, and whatever other drugs the Chinese have invented. After all, they did create the COVID virus so they can invent any strength drugs.
That legit only shows they get away with more sauce than everyone else
no tattoos, clean haircuts, good stuff!
@@garthjohnson88 Just roids and PEDs and whatever new drugs the Chinese invented for them.

8:00 Liu Huanhua with the LUXIAOJUN belt brings a tear to my eye
Lu took the fall so Liu could lift 🥲
@@gingerayyle Liu's snatch technique is a little bit reminiscent of Lu's tbf. Not as crisp yet, but similar.
3:35 Nice bottle flip :D
Liu will be the first 4x Olympic Gold medalist. Remind me in 17 years.
P.S. Appreciate videos like these without commentary, very relaxing.
Let’s get #1 first. We can go from there. I agree he is the best 102 in the world right now tho.
You sure? When I compete in the 2032 Brisbane Olympics ima best him
@@TsarNicholas2nd Best of luck to you!
not a chance
Let's see if weightlifting is even in LA 2028
I like every video from WH, but especially the training hall videos. Liu Huanhua is smiley while preparing to win. It's good to see what it's like for the team. Those handstand push-ups alone are impressive.
If yall ever manage to get a translator to caption your vids you'll be unstoppable
No matter where you go,
No matter who you are.
You will hear li wenwen's grunts everywhere you go
I love these training videos with just uncommentated footage. I think it would be even better with less jumpcuts, espacially within their sets.
this is art i wish i could train with them
Man you can always hear li wen wen in the background in these videos
Music-less videos just training hall noises are so much better👌👌
Been loving my neoprene Weightlifting House belt. Much love from America.
Good vid, thanks.
Perfect video 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼
Simply amazing video!!! The Chinese school is in first place today.!!!
Excelente video dos campeões
This level of lifter has the best-looking physiques in my view.
Li Dayin's pulls are so fucking wild. Dude barely even bends his knees.
Love those blue Anta training shirts!
Jesus, the backs on these mfers, Liu Huanhua is an absolute unit.
The intro music is dope
The absolute strength these guys have! at 7:00 Li Dayin does a power clean with 150 kg, and does not even have to catch himself under the bar. I am amazed
💯💯💯
Awesome intro!
On another level, truly
I have failed master shi zhiyong as i cannot keep up with program weightlifting without hurting my lower back so i decided to stop progressing it 😢😢 Maybe ill comeback once i can get myself a coach (im just a student)
Is Shi going to get a total before Paris? I know he wasn’t 100% at worlds (160 kg snatch?) but he seems to be letting this qualifying gig run right down to the wire. Qatar Cup grande prix and next year’s Asian champs is all that’s left right.
Does anyone where we can find team china apparel ?
What are those original pulls Shi Zhiyong was doing? And even with 60 kg he used straps for them...
👏👏👏👍👍👍
The rivalry between these guys is intense, so the only way is going up in different classes which will be terrifying seeing 100-120kg 6 footer Chinese people.
I’m convinced all Asians have impeccable squat technique
Could someone tell me what the songs name in the intro was?
I wonder what do they eat / drink for recovery
How long do they stretch before first plate is put on the barbell?
2 days
可惜的是明年可能见不到几个😢
Is that li wen wen i hear in the back ground?
Can someone explain to me what the rocking side to side with the bar on the back is for please? 😅
I do them...but I've never known why
Side bends for your core muscles (i think the transversus abdominis is the main muscle)
@chrismanich3063 thanks 😅 I do feel that muscle stretching that'd why I like them but it's good to know the excersize has a use
I'm training 6 days a week trying to fellow everything these guys do. It's becoming a problem. I do this at a climbing gym.
Batio salió? No quiero ni leer la revista, me va a dar algo, ya con oir la posicion de Blackmore, casi tiro el movil.
Tian 4x260 sheesh
always thought they did it beltless. not that it took anything away from them.
Team Chads😂
Where is Lu Xiaojun tho?
Intro song name?
Didn't you find out what the song is?
imagine these guys pulling up to a random commercial gym and make every plate look like fake plastics
Titans
Doing all this with no music is insane
Name of song on the intro?
Didn't you find out what the song is?
@@mitchbarbarian4417 nope. Shazam wasn’t giving me anything
Fellows are monsters .

I can't see the video, too much quality
Do Chinese weightlifters stack their ribs when they squat? It seems like they are hyperextending their back and go into a more anterior pelvic tilt. I mean i don't have any credentials but can anybody confirm?
Also, does Li Dayin never back squat? I have yet to find a video of him lmao.
The hyperextending is probably just a "bad" habit that they picked up very long ago and got used to. They might be able to squat even heavier if they adjust their technique, but I don't think optimizing their squat is a priority for them.
idk cause it seems like all weightlifters keep their chest up and arch like crazy. I feel that its probably not the worst thing for them? Thanks for the reply. @@paoloh885
Honestly bro could just be they got some thiqqq erectors/belt under the shirt. Only one I for sure saw was Liu @4:21
Everyone moves differently,…
whats the secret behind chineses mobility ?
Asians have genetically shorter femurs that allow them to sit comfortably in the squat without having to lean forward to maintain balance. Their ankle mobility is no better than anyone else's at this level of competition.
I could lift 70 lbs on the bar
Remember, no matter how good you look or how heavy you lift...if you're a manlet it's for life 😂
Liu Huanhua is 6'0 lol
Love how Liu has acne like a 17-year old, also in his chest and back... I know there are other substances that may have such effect.... but nah, he just the GOAT
those front rack holds with obscene amounts of weight...besides all the visible muscle, I bet these guys have bone density off the charts...
Shi Zhiyong looking MEATY these days.
Using 10 Times the same videos with differents cuts. Start getting creative
i don't think this is the training that makes them better than their competitors.
I mean the real training is very likley not filmed!
Is Lu Xiaojun out?
he got popped for epo
It's interesting to see tian use a belt for 70kgs. Unfortunate for Tian and Li how they did this years worlds. Both snatch and jerk world record holders and bombed out on thise lifts.
I'm more interested in their diet than training
Must be eating vegetables only!
What's been wrong with shi ?
They definitely take their vitamin gummies
Legend says it’s all because of Tian Tao’s noodles.
They get Vitamin A (anavar), Vitamin C (clen), Vitamin D (dianabol) and vitamin E (EPO) every single day
Why's no one mentioning that shi is 40 yrs old
Your math needs some work. He was born in 93. That makes him 30yrs old.
Secretive nation, who knows what there doin or taking
When do they show the team steroid injections?😂😂😂
tren acne 😭
Doubt it's tren, it's not an ideal compound at all for a strength athlete it fucks too much with recovery etc., just good old test will give people acne if they're prone to it/don't manage their other hormones well
I guess acne was invented from tren
Genetically elite. That's why ther are the best. Nothing really different or unique about their training
they don't do the full lifts nearly as much as other countries for the most part, and they do a lot more heavy pulls and bodybuilding
No their training actually is different. For example for the jerk. They do heavy rack holds, they do jerks with a very crude machine that I have never seen ANY other country use. Their training actually is efficient unlike every other country
Steroids are cool.
Idk how people can take weightlifting serious especially chinese, its full of drugs, drugs, drugs.
I'm at a point where if I could look like them, I need those same drugs and this same training. Shit.
@@ricardomayorga9352 And the training isn't even possible without drugs, the recovery time due to PED's is so low you can train so much more.
Ppl who say shit like ''You still gotta train hard to see progress'' are stupid, they can train harder because of that.
I do powerlifting and everyone uses testosteron now because it's easy to pass drug testing too
Intro music?
lol coping that your country can't compete with them. Everyone uses it likely.
@@Optmatic China's government encourages their athletes to use drugs to ''be better'' than other countries. just like Russia and America. but China takes it to an extreme
