- Pronouns? Direct Objects? Direct object pronouns? Ahh! Ok, I know that in English we rarely go over these grammatical terms, so they can cause some headaches, but really, honestly, they aren't too difficult to understand. Let's first define the concept of a direct object pronoun, and then see how Italians use them!
Script by Patrizia Farina, Professor of Italian at Western Connecticut State University and Purchase College.

Holy cow! This is the best explanation I’ve seen so far. I kinda feel like I could learn Italian in half the time if you were my primary teacher, but anyway, I’m looking forward to watching the rest of your videos on Italian and other subjects as well. You’ve definitely gained a subscriber, thanks man!

Wait, it's Italian.
@@randomspartanhoe4501 yeees, spanish and italian are kinda similar
@@imeldafani Understandable, since Italian and Spanish have the same ancestor - Latin. But Italian is a little bit more complex than Spanish.
Almost 2 years of studying Italian and it wasn't until this video that I finally grasped direct object pronouns. Thanks!
Thanks for your explanation, it's really helped me out!

Thank you for this Prof
Very nice explanation
Thank you so much. Finally it's clearer to me now
Good Job! let me tell you that "è bene" it's not really Italian. "Bene" it's used with the verbs "stare" or "fare" rather than "essere". I'd change your sentence in "Marco ha detto delle bugie anche se non dovrebbe dirle" :)
It is always in front of the verb or noun?
Hey professor do you have live Italian classes?
Sono un pochino in ritardo, ma grazie mille per questo video insegnante Dave!! Sto imparando l'Italiano e mi hai aiutato molto per capiscare questa lezione. Saluti dall'Argentina!! 😊🇦🇷

I do not understand Italian.I have done
Level 1 and Level 2.Out of ten I got two.
I shall be starting Level 3 shortly.I will get
one out of ten.I am useless.I do my best,
but my best is Non-Existence.The Grammar,
use of Grammar,etc.is terrible.Why can’t
other Languages be like English. It is easy to
follow.(I am not worrying,as I said my best
is Non-Existence.).I won’t get better.
start from the beginning of this italian playlist and go all the way through, it will help you review the grammar that is giving you trouble!
It is all the Grammar. That is Nouns,Verbs,
Adverbs,Adjectives,Pro-Nouns.You have
Conjunctions,Prepositions,Articles,Refexive
verbs. You also have Stems and all of all
that.If some one speaks to me in Italian,
I. Don’t understand them.My speaking is
terrible.I shall be starting Level 3 shortly.
My class work and homework has been
two out of ten.My Level 3 will be one out
of ten,My bear is not good enough.I am
useless and that is it.(Not to worry).
