my attraction to fragrances started with my love of food. since sense of smell and taste are often linked, I was wondering if there are any other frag folks out there who adore flavors and food?

I am currently in love with Penhaligon's Endymion. I'll have to check this one out too
I have the Discovery Set. Endymion Concentré and Halfeti stood out for me. I can’t decide what to get then I heard Halfeti Cedar is a better version for women because it is sweeter.
I ran across “3am” (by Sean John) in a thrift store two Saturdays ago and picked it up. This stuff is good. Sprayed some on my arms to test it out while in the store to debate if I should get it. When I got to the checkout counter to purchase it, two of the female checkout cashiers literally stopped what they were doing to look around and said “Somebody smells soooo good!” When I told them it was me the other cashier stopped ringing out her customer to ask to smell it. I let her sample it by spraying it on her arm and when she did, her eyes rolled into the back of her head saying how good it smelled. That cashier forgot she had another customer at her counter after smelling it 😂 and asked me about it. I told her it was my first time hearing about it but for the price I’d check it out being it was only $9.99 for the bottle.
That Monday I wore it to work and got a compliment from a female coworker who walked past my desk but didn’t know I was wearing it. As she was passing by my desk, she stopped briefly to look around just like the cashier’s did to locate the scent trail and said, “”Mmmm…..somebody or something smells so clean; like fresh out the shower.” Definitely recommend “3am”. I never heard about it before but will definitely be picking up another bottle once this one runs out. This is definitely perfect for spring and summer but really anytime. It’s one of those grab and go scents to where practically anywhere.
I have the Halfeti Cedar coming my way as a late B'Day present. Cannot wait!

My Copeland brother from another Mother (and...well...Father 🤣)! Great video. The Sean John is actually one of the ONLY bottles I have managed to make my way through. Was a smaller one; however I was absolutely hooked. Such an easy to wear, great smelling scent.

It's fine on me, and most fragrances do not last on me at all. Keep in mind you can get a 30ml for 9$ at Ross. It's not going to be Xerjoff level. I will say that it really surprised me. Best atomizer in the game! Rivals Dior's.

I received my decant of Halfeti Cedar today. You are not joking bro....amazing!! This isn't 100%, BUT I get a little AfricanRooibos smell to the drydown. That makes it even better! Thanks for the heads up, now I have to blow nearly $300 🤣

L'Envol gives me Hugo Boss bottled Night + Roberto Cavalli UOMO Vive mix. I got them all as a gift but rarely wear them. I like the violet opening in them but then it just getting really tired and exhausted by their sweet, powdery, musky and smooth feeling.
Picked up tabac last week. At first I didn't like the sample but wore it more and more and I got hooked.
It's so good!!

I just got the discovery set from The House of Sillage. Dignified, HOS 1, 2, 3, and 4. I like them all. They are light and I think they can be worn all year.

I’ve use penhaligon in the past, but the longevity and sillage is short. I’m curious I’ll try this heldafi in Bloomingdale’s tomorrow. I’m fan of cedar. Last bottle I owned was Byredo “ cedar” I finish it quick.
So true about collecting because there are soo many that are favorites that with a big collection your not gona blow through a single bottle strictly for that reason😏👍so many goodies

You’re not wrong about collectors not finishing bottles... I’ve only finished one bottle and that was of molecule 01 but that is because it’s the only fragrance I spray like I’m putting out a fire 😂

I stopped finishing fragrance bottles even before I started "collecting" fragrances. I noticed that if I leave some juice in the bottle I can always come back to the scent and see if it's good or not and if I want to buy another bottle.

Yeah I'm not finishing my 3AM bottle because I got a big old 100 ml for like $12 like a month ago and it's still going, lolololololol. I have finished a few 30 mls of stuff from Alexandria Fragrances, but I don't think I'm ever going to get through one full bottle in my lifetime...unless I stop buying fragrances, lol. Good video man and these choices were almost no brainers since you talk about them so much.

I am definitely intrigued with Penhaligon's, and this one you keep mentioning sounds wonderful! I'm not sure what the entire house offers, I do enjoy my unisex fragrances as well as the ladies perfumes. Do you or Grace have a list of other favorites from them? I'm sorry if you have already done a video on this! (I will go check, while I ask now 🤣) but I would love some women's recommendations from you all, or if they have other unisex fragrances that you guys love. Great video!
Pengaligon’s has some great offerings. The only other one I own is Sartorial and it’s very classy...though many would say it’s characteristically masculine. I still have to explore more of the house!

Yes, I was just as surprised. After that initial spray, and throughout the dry down it smelled very similar to carlisle. If you get a minute, spray them both and compare.
Been 2 days I curious what Penhaligon's I should try..
so far I have finished 3 bottles of Bvlgari Aqva marine, but those are from high school, I probably wont finish another any time soon but it deserves to be on the list
I have also finished 2 bottles of Mugler cologne and am currently on my 3rd but that's because I spray like 10 sprays before I go to bed ,
I have finished 1 bottle of prada lhome , but that was 50 ml
I also finished my 200ml bottle of YSL lhome because I just love to spray my sheets and curtains with it
and my ADG profumo is almost finished I have like 15 ml left
and I only have 20ml left from my versace man fresh , so I will finish it this summer probably.
I am also dangerously low on my Gucci PH II ,but I am so far saving that.
I will definitely finish my SMW, I love it so much its just inevitable , I am already half way done
And I will most definitely finish my bottle of Amouage Lyric man , mostly because I love it , but my girlfriend likes it even more
And last bottle I will definitely finish is ADP fico di amalfi I am 2/3 of the way done and I will probably waste a good chunk of it this summer as well. should have gotten the bigger bottle
Yes you can have multiple hundreds of bottles but if you only really wear a small fraction consistently you will finish bottles , especially if you buy the small bottles

What do you think of another Sean John cheapie in Unforgivable? That was my signature back in my young, wild and single days in 2006! (Think long tee shirt and a pair of Jordans while Soulja Boy is playing in a Wrigleyville bar 😆) I bought a bottle recently for sentimental reasons. It still smells pretty decent. Not the same, but for $20 it’s a great walk-the-dog-in-the-morning scent.
Unforgivable used to be great but it got reformulated with the IFRA restrictions and now...its okay. Its not horrible but not the same. TJ Maxx or Ross usually have it on discount =). Its worth a quick pick up anytime if I see it.
