I don't know man. You left a bad taste in everyone's mouth the last time. EC and Babymetal are more alike than you think. You are still judging Babymetal from a 60 second clip you did when you gave them a zero. Their music is so diverse and fun but you'll never know it because you judged off of a clip of a song, not even a full song or video. Then EC comes along and shows the world the awesomeness of Babymetal. The EC fanbase ABSOLUTELY LOVES Babymetal. Because THEY know this is a match made in heaven. It's gonna take a bit more to get any semblance of acceptance from the BM fanbase.

RATATATA is what brought me to Electric Callboy AND Babymetal. I heard something about them in a live stream on Twitch (HandOfBlood, who is friends with Electric Callboy and did show up in some of their videos like MC Thunder or Hypa Hypa). And after I went down the EC rabbit hole I went down the Babymetal fox hole. And yes, they have more in common than he thinks. Babymetal has really great songs and really heavy stuff.
In 2023, BABYMETAL did 97 live shows in 25 countries, most sold out quick.
No one gave a damn about you giving babymetal a zero. People didnt like that you cut the video short and dismissed them completely and laughed at them. And in my opinion that dislike was completely justified

We did it because, because you cut the video, you said a lot of comments, without having heard anything, you played without knowing.

It was the disrespect that made me mad. The disrespect to the Rocking Grannies especially, for not even finishing the video THEY requested. Imagine requesting something from someone and only getting 1/4 of what you requested. What a rip-off!! Poor Grannies😢

Everybody can voice their opinion the way they want on their own channel. Not everybody has to agree to your opinion or your approach. That being said: loving this collab and the video!

You dumped hard on BM from a position of zero knowledge - giving it a zero was nothing to do with it, you're of course entitled to your opinion. Cutting the vid short and dismissing the band entirely based on a tiny clip was the problem and would rile up any fanbase. Gotta give things a fair shake.

Nico of Electric Callboy confirmed that it's a 50:50 collab in the comments of a German reaction (Chris BrainDamage is the channel). The music video had to be hosted somewhere, however, and apparently they decided on Babymetal's channel. Pascal Schillo (guitarist of Electric Callboy) owns a film production company with his brother; they filmed this music video like they have others for the band.
It´s 50:50, written by both bands, hosting by babymetal was decided because of the bigger fanbase and the upcoming fox fest with EC as special guests
It is a 50:50 collab. But it is recognized by everybody who knows both bands to be look and feel of EC, so for my personal oppinion EC feat BM, but again it is a 50:50 collab.
It had to be hosted somewhere. And currently BM has the bigger fan base, so it makes sense they put it there. Also to get the BM fans getting in touch with EC easier as many dont know when so far. But EC fans most likely know and love BM.
