You could cut the sticker in half and use one circle for two nails
I was going to say the same thing!
Noor Izzedin Excellent idea!!❤️
Noor Izzedin uh-huh
Noor Izzedin yes and then you save more because you will ONLY use 5 stickers per manicure....
Cant u just keep reusing
Using the round binder stickers...GENIUS! Great idea, thank you!
I'm right handed, therefore, my left hand looks gorgeous, my right hand looks like crap. :-(
Jane Shaw omg same😂
HABZZ ERNICAL yeah tell me about it!!!!!!
I am both handed
Same
Jane Shaw thats my bigest proplem Too 😭😭
One very important step missed. Always use a base coat to prevent staining and make your manicure last longer.
nise so beautiful
I have always used a base coat and my nails still stain.
Why a base coat? Does it help the white tip stay on longer unchipped? The only nail application I have found that really lasts is the French jelly manicure.
True i actually paint my nails all the time and i use a base coat and a top coat
Lmao a sheer pink and white won’t stain though, but yeah, I would also dehydrate the nail bed too to make it last longer personally
Never would have thought of using paper reinforcers to paint my nails. Nice.
ooh that sheer pink polish by OPI really makes it look so much like you got it done! Looks great, can't wait to try!
+Juvenile Material yup thats like the icing on the cake lol!

When you're doing your own nails like this, two things to try - 💅🏻
First, ALWAYS work from your pinky nail towards you, ending with the thumb. This way you do not reach over top of what you have already polished to get to the next fingers, and it's still wet, and can easily be smeared or damaged in some way.
I've been doing my own nails for many years, and this is the best way I have found. I almost never smudge up work I have already done by using this method.
Secondly - Of COURSE doing the polish on your dominant hand is going to feel awkward, and always looks worse than the work on your non-dominant hand. Unless you PRACTICE learning to do things with your "OTHER" hand! It takes lots of practice getting comfortable with and feeling secure doing things "off handed."
I had to learn it because I became a Surgical Technologist in 1992-93, and even in school, they expect you to work on that skill. Just because you're holding two clamps and a small retractor with your right hand doesn't mean your left hand gets to stay idle! You WILL learn to hold and do things left (or right) handed, whichever hand you don't normally use for writing and other chores. You will because it's required, because you have two hands, and surgeons expect a LOT out of their room staff, scrubs, and assistants, and they WILL get it, or you're "OUTTA HERE!"
So, we did all kinds of things practicing with our left hands, up to and including driving! Of course, if you've got a stick shift in your car, then you're already two steps ahead, but that doesn't mean you're automatically proficient doing other things that way. You must make yourself do all sorts of things left handed. I tucked the fingers of my right hand under my right thigh when I was driving, just out of the way, and easy to use again if I really needed them. And then I did everything, except gears (automatics still need shifting sometimes) with my left hand. Even steering was awkward at first, but I managed. I put my makeup on left handed for a while, and finally got good at eyeliner on my left eye! Same with mascara. I cooked left handed, dressed left handed and it was a very good thing I got very proficient with my left hand, because it not only helped with my job (try cutting suture left handed sometime, when you don't know the trick, and see how difficult that can be! No suture? Use sewing thread.) It also became quite necessary when I tore my right rotator cuff on the job, and ended up with my right arm in a sling for three weeks until I had my first surgery on it, and then another 6 months later! A total of one whole year rehabbing my shoulder, and I got very good with my left hand! I even painted three rooms of my house, including the kitchen, and cooked most of a Thanksgiving dinner for 18 people, 4 months after the first surgery. None of that caused the need for the second surgery, because the second repair was unrelated to the original injury.
Anyway, practice is what you must do if your nail polish 💅🏻 on your right hand is ever going to get better than it already is now. 👍
wow thank you those are some good tips!

@@RitaBeautyx -- My pleasure! Happy to share things which I have found very helpful over the years.
I'm one of those few who were blessed to be ambidextrous so I don't need practice I guess.
Your nails look great. The lovely soft pink / white polish is just perfect for French nails. Ps: awesome and easy tutorial for home, Ty.
Ohhh so that’s where I’m going wrong with my French manicures! I don’t have problems with applying perfect white tips without stickers but now I realize it’s best to coat it again with the beige/pink background color over the white tip to look more neat
Why not just stick all the stickers on at once and then paint on all the french at once 😂
So no wastage for actual paper
Great way to do a French manicure, it looks super easy and pretty.
great tip using those reinforcements!
+Tina May thanks!! :)
Beautifully done, thanks for sharing this super easy technique way of doing the nails, simple but yet classy
Thank you so much for this video!! I've worn acrylics for 18 yrs. Growing them out now and so happy to know I can do french myself!!! 💜💜💜💅
You have really nice nails thank you for sharing I’m going to use this I have a wedding soon to go to and I am going to try it god bless
liked before watching! Great job.. the pink polish is beautiful and so are your hands

I always just used scotch tape because it sticks better to the nail and you can pre-tape all your nails ahead of time. Cant glob it on or it’ll string across your nail when you take off the tape, but a nice thin layer dried will let you peel the tape off with a perfect straight line
That's what I've been using (tape) it works too. I ordered some stickers, can't wait to try it!!!! 💅
Big thank you for this manicure tip. I am not going to salon anymore..so going to try this.
hi-
if you want something aesthetic ;
use pastel colors instead of white. ✨
i used green, purple, orange, blue and pink
omg thanks ❤️
That's what I use to do when I was a young teenager using ring reinforcements 🙂 brings back memories.
Colored the tips red!
DAAAAAMMMNNN GIRRRRL!!! Your video is almost half a mil views!!! You GO GIRRRRL 💚💪 btw, your nails are beautiful! I used to LOVE doing French manicures...if I woulda known about those stickers A LONG TIME AGO, it woulda saved my life!!! 😅 ...and I LIKE your music a lot - super chill 👍
Hahaha Thank you!!! I know its crazy like i never knew it would blow up this much!
Saw no skill needed in the thumbnail. Knew that this would be a perfect video for me
Oh my gosh, nails be flawless.
lool thank u!!
To get rid of stain on your nails, get one of those 4 sided block files. Use the rough side to clean off your nails. Do this step really good. Wash nails with soap and water and rinse well. Use the buff side of the block to buff your nails to a really good shine.
Always start with a clear base coat and your nails will not stain.
Hope this helps you get rid of the stains. It works.
Love your way of doing a French Manicure. My friend uses scotch tape to do hers and that works well too.
Buffing removes the top layer of your nails and can weaken them. Base coat will help and is recommended, but is NOT a guarantee against staining. Some polishes will stain even with a double base coat.

That manicure looks very nice, that’s the look I’m going for. Will try. Thanks for posting.
Genius to use those stickers!! Thanks for the great idea!!
No problem!! :)
Seche Vite is the best top coat I’ve used. It doesn’t smear, stain, bubble, or crack.
I'd heard about the reinforcements hack..Thanx so much for proving it's a French Manicure winner!!💅xo
You get a more even application if you apply the white coat horizontally across the nail, rather than vertically. Xx

OMG so glad i found this video ^^

Liz Renay hi
New to the polish world. So gonna try this. Beautiful work! 😊
Really fabulous the shape of your fingers and nails! Amazing manicure
Great idea and the final look is fantastic.
Thank you, really easy tutorial to follow. You have lovely shaped nails they look great.
Best advice ever!!! Thanks so much, girl!!
haha tinashe playing in the background 🙌
Looks like a pro job!
Great tip about the reinforcements. My problem is drying the nail polish, it always damages as soon as iv decided its dry and i can carry on normally. Always!
I love your video thee BEST‼️…there are so many on here, this is great!
Easy to watch because your nails are very pretty and they’re not perfect undone, but when they’re done ? they sure are nice‼️Great idea & music❤
Beautiful nails!! I love them!! Thank you for sharing this video with us!! ;)
Rita, the best way to keep your nails from getting stained from your nail polish is to put on a base coat or a clear polish first before putting on your darker polish.
Hey! I used to do exactly the same thing as a kid! Nice seeing this again
I like this very much. I had my nails done at a salon and didn't like them. They were hard on my real nails and the cost is crazy. This looks much better using your natural nails. I plan on trying this.
you have such pretty fingers
I discovered a new way to do it!!!! Thank u so much for this video! First the white and then the cream color.. It's perfect. Always I spend a lot of time to do the french manicure.... Beacause I've doing it wrong, first the cream and then the white, and if the white wasn't right doing it, I've to start all over again.. Sorry for my bad english. This is perfect!!! THANK U :)
Beautiful nails. Xxx
Those came out beautiful! Your tutorial was awesome. I'm going to try this myself. Thanks for sharing your video 👍
Soaking nails in lemon juice or rubbing with fresh lemon slices every day helps get rid of stains. Leave unpolished for a week while treating. Then, after clean, ALWAYS use basecoat! Another way is to mix baking soda and hydrogen peroxide to form a paste. Coat nails and let sit for 10 minutes. Do daily until color is normal. DO NOT FILE TOP OF NAIL as this damages the nail. It is always a good idea to let nails breathe every so often AND to remove stains before they become permanent. I hope this helps! 🌹
That is literally the worst.nail.advice.ever. Please do not give ANYBODY those nail tips, because then you’re just gonna ruin people’s nails with your horrible advice. Please at least do some research on nails.
@@whereami6672 -- Specifics please? There's nothing at all harmful about lemon juice on fingernails to help whiten them, although I'm not too sure about the hydrogen peroxide and baking soda part. Just sounds very foamy to me!
As for never filing the top surface of your own fingernails, I can't think of a single piece of BETTER advice regarding nail care! Filing down the surface can be very harmful to nail health. It's impossible to fix over-filing, other than to grow them completely out and growing healthy nails back in, which can take a couple of months at the least. In the meantime, you're left with very, very thin nails which can split and peel away in the meantime.
So, what exactly is it you object to so strongly?
Shari D57 Yellowness on nails don’t matter, so there’s no reason in whitening them, unless you know ACTUAL facts about nails, get out. Thanks.
@@whereami6672 -- "Get out" sez you? What a presumptuous little piece you are! Learn about nails? Honey, I spent years "learning about nails" right down to the cellular level. In college anatomy and physiology classes AND labs. If you can back up your talk with some kind of credentials, PLUS some actual facts, not just telling people they know nothing without having something actually useful to contribute to the conversation, then do so or get out yourself. You'll notice the very first thing I did was ask for specifics, and I said please. I was not rude to you, so don't go getting up on your high horse with me.
If somebody wants to have white fingernail tips and not wear polish, or worse yet, those awful acrylic things plastered to them to fake it, what's that to you?
I spent several years playing that game, then had to stop when I changed careers to one that absolutely forbids their use, and STILL DOES. My nails were fairly ruined by them, and the constant scrubbing and washing they had to endure afterwards didn't do them any favors while I was growing them back out again. Until you are forced to endure no overlays, and not even any polish on them either, get out yourself.
Why are you young women painting your nails AT ALL?! They are in the best shape they will ever be when you are young. I can understand why older women paint their nails and a whole host of other ‘cover ups’ ...face, hair, etc. but you young gals should celebrate how healthy every part of you looks...unadorned. The polish is staining your nails?! That is the perfect time to quit cold turkey. When I see heavily painted nails I honestly think.....poor woman is hiding nail fungus.
This was a cute idea to get a more uniform line. Thanks for sharing.
That Seche Vite is LIFE
Wow! I love it! Thanks for sharing.
Real cool idea, thxxx
This is genius! Love it. Thanks for sharing. I don’t have the binder stickers but I have some round stickers for my planner that should work fine.
Thanks this is so easy. I needed this.
Your nails look awesome! I was just thinking how I haven't done a french mani in a while. Reinforcers are the best beauty hack for so many things!!
+Bella Vision thanks! n it is!! definitely try this out for your next french mani and tell me how it goes!
Your nails and hands look beautiful. Great job and tip.
Wow thanks. You make it look so easy. I just seen this and I liked the video so much I just subscribed
Beautiful job on your nails wow.
You never get too old to learn..thanks
Great video love the Tinashe song playing in the background I love her music❤️✨
Beautiful, nicely done
😂😂 I knew I wasn't the only one who thought of this, I was looking for someone who made this video
Hailei Nguyen - Nope. I've been using these things for French Manicure since about 2009, when I went back to college to complete my degree, and picked up a box of "office supplies" cheap from somewhere, I don't even remember where now. But, I really wanted the pens and post-it notes, and a couple of other things. I really had no use for these things, since I didn't use that kind of paper.
But, I had the inspiration when I was up til all hours finishing a paper, and wondering when on earth I would find time to get my nails done when I was taking 5 classes, one on each night, Monday through Friday, and working full time, Monday through Friday too! It was the best way to get them all done in one semester, and not have to pay more fees you had to pay for "activities" and "Technology" fees and this fee and that fee, and a "fee" fee, and all that other silliness!
So, I looked at these things in my desk drawer, and got the sudden inspiration to use them for the curve. I did cut them in half too, and used a half one for each finger. Works beautifully!
A brilliant technique 🌹

Oh my gosh. I am sooo trying this! How cool is this method??
Can you link, or at least list the polishes you used please? I couldn't quite catch the full names/brands. Thanks! Looks beautiful!
^^^^
Great idea! Thanks! Nice video. Looks good.
Very clever! Thanks!
LOVE this F.M!!!
Beautiful 💓💖
Worked perfectly! ☺️ Keep up the good work!
pretty, and a great tip on the tip!
you should have painted the bottom coat pink...
If I wasn't so hard on my nails I would totally do this! Great job girl! 😊
+ClasssCulture haha thank you! :)
That looks really nice. A local nail salon wants to charge $40, and that is just for nails, not acrylic.
BROOO
That was an excellent idea to use the reinforcement dots. Nice nails!
I have to try it. Your nails are so pretty.
i have those binder things!! thx so much your AMAZINGGGGGG OUE SO AWESOME THZXXXXXXXXX SO SMART IM IN AWWWWW just wow amazing so much finess lol love it!
Fabulous!! Thank you so much! I was just about to buy French manicure stickers. You saved me money! I already have those reinforcements.
I just liked and subscribed. Looking forward to seeing your other videos
Hey Idk if It's too late or something but Thank you so much for the tip, it looks so smooth and beautiful, btw for stained nails try out the Sally's beauty supply bubble white nail cleanser!! Then put a cuticle oil!! 😄😄❤️❤️❤️
Hey, and also, I looked up for that color in the OPI's website but it doesn't show up, do you think is not available anymore? 😔😔😔😔
Cibeles Herrera - For colors you can't find on the website, check Sally Beauty Supply, and EBay! I get lots of out of stock colors through eBay. Don't deal with just any old body when shopping eBay. Always check their feedback scores, whether or not they've been there for a good long time, and so forth. And don't just look at the numbers, READ the feedback comments too. But, if you're careful, you can find a lot of colors that are off stock. Good luck!
Loved your video! I suck at doing nails!! I'll be trying this!
Looks awesomely professional
Omg I love this I totally give it a thumbs up
Beautiful french manicure tutorial.... thanks for sharing 💅💖💕🎀😊😇🤗☺️👍👌
this is a great idea, but wouldn't it be easier to cut those round stickers in half?
It would be! Didnt really think about that at the time! it might be a bit harder to peel off though
It can be, as well as putting them on all your fingers first before you paint anything. Get a good "stick" on both corners, then put the white polish on the tips, and use tweezers to pick up a corner, and remove the sticker.
I've been using these for this purpose since I first bought a package of them in 2009, when I was in college to complete my degree. They were actually in a "Back To School" special box of supplies I picked up, mostly for the pens, and the post-it notes, and a few other odds and ends. I had them in my desk drawer, and was inspired to use them for that purpose when I was up at all hours of the morning finishing a paper! I was working 5 days a week, and was taking 5 classes at the same time, one each night, to get it done as quickly as possible. It's amazing the things your brain can come up with at 2:30AM!
Clever - back in the dark ages, we used a white pencil UNDER the nail tip. Are those pencils still out there?
You can also use plasters
This definitely works! You have saved me
@RitaBeautyx if you use a base coat , your polish will last a lot longer and you also won't have the staining that you have on your nails. Xxoo
This looks amazing! I wonder if it would look good on my nails that have vertical ridges in them?
Thank you so much for sharing!
so clever. love it!
Flipping GENIUS!!
Wow they look so good!
thank you!
New SUBBIE!!!! Love your channel!! can't wait to see more
your nails look so pretty!!
+Brittany Emily thank you!
So pretty!
+Peter Pratts thank you!!
Yes! I've been using this method for years! Didn't realize someone else thought of it. .....
