Oof good question. I only needed maybe 2 inches of travel, stampede pusher is about 3.25 normally. I ended up removing a few gear teeth achieve the stroke necessary. Was definitely able to take off material from the back of the stampede, which was the whole point. A wood stock would have been fitted there, so I didn't want it to be excessively long.
