It is hard to tell what is going to give you the best "bang" for your buck, so I thought I would do a comparison of two of the more popular boxes - side-by-side. I’m subscribe to the lift box for 6 months now And I love it
As someone that gets a subscription box for the fire department, I will say there have some boxes where I automatically wanted to cancel, and someone that made me realize why I have the subscription. That’s always the tough part with these

I use core nutritional products for most of my supplements, no fillers and a very transparent label. Arms race Is a good brand as well.
Sorry if you said it in the video, but is there a pricing difference between the boxes?
Lift box is around $40 and muscle box is around $32. I believe you have to also pay for shipping for both
