Won't those two developments--especially Granary with its 1,350 homes--further stress infrastructure and services in Milton?
Sure will. They have levied a special tax district on one to generate funds for infrastructure improvements

Is there any additional info about the Cannery Village expansion?
Still waiting on a few more approvals before they can move any further along
Is there anywhere close to the beaches where you can get a home on more than a measly 1/4 acre? Doesn’t have to be new construction. In fact it’s better if it’s not new.
Depends on the budget & your definition of close. Can find something under 650k with over a 1/4 acre within 20-25 mins of the beaches
what will the price range be for these homes in the 2 areas you mentioned
They have not gotten to the point of releasing those yet. I would likely anticipate pricing starting in the high 400s/low 500s. Will know more once they release which builders they are having in the communities
They should be working on roads and infrastructure.
They are doing these things, but unfortunately as with most government related tasks, they are way further behind than the general public would like.
