Makes me cry a little. My Prophet 600 has been sitting in storage, tucked away after sending it to 2 different repair shops without success. I still had hope of resurrection. Now, no need.
I took the prophet 600 very seriously back in the day and did a lot of live performances in Detroit with my band called, The W-Vibe. I wanted my prophet 600 to be my flagship synth for my other project called pcp robot. One thing I always wanted to do was make a button so that it would record the sounds it made while switching through the memory bank as you flip the keys and that be a special patch bay on the other side of the keyboard that you could modify or switch over to that has different sounds or have it so you can switch over to it while playing. Other thing I wanted was to have a switch with 8 or 12 different sequences that make r2 d2 sounds, spaceship sounds, or sound effects, like sound effects from the old super friends cartoon. It would have been cooler if it was only 299 but I understand inflation and more dedication to the project, more voices. Deep respect for doing it Behringer. My breath is being taken away for being such a prophet 600 fan. Very cool that all the midi controlled ccs are there and I hope that the sequencer can sync to midi clock.

Much more pluses for the modern times, you can use it anywhere.
@@NatLifeSounds I know the Nymphes and have tried it out.
It sounds very good, no doubt. But... I really hated the menu and shift functions and if you want 2 detuned oscillators in one voice, it gets reduced to a 3 voice poly. That's too few voices for my taste and i'm looking for at least 2 oscillators per voice.
For me, the Nymphes isn't what i'm looking for.
I guess, i'll go with either the Pro-800 or the Deepmind-12 Module. The latter having enough voice to compensate voice stacking to get two saws per voice.
@@gamma_noize hmm, I think Nymphes can do much more than it can looks from the first view. Check my demos on the channel, I'm sure you will be surprised ;)
What do you use for your drums/percussion?
@3:33 Lush! Love it
I'd buy it today! When is this really going to be available? Still waiting for my SOLINA, Behringer...
starts shipping in april.
Got to get me one of these… :)
gorgeous sound. the pro-1 is incredible. no reason to think this won't be worth way more than it costs. nad if this demo is anything to go by, it sounds better than most $2000 synths
it sounds amazing trust me, i have been working on it for a long time
@@ogasi1798 i believe it. good to know

Yeah I'm sending the Poly Brute back now after hearing this!!

Finally, something to look forward to.
While looking backward.
But still forwards. :)
Been waiting for the Model 15. Was hoping it was going to be released before Xmas. Maybe next year
Nice - love the size too
