Scott I'm absolutely overwhelmed with tears of joy. I can't even begin to tell you just how thankful I am or just how much this community means to me. You are so kind. As I've been able to have regular contact with other subscribers and just their thoughts and prayers and lending a ear means so much. The power of prayer works. It's not until you literally lose everything that you realize you have nothing like toothpaste or toenail clippers or deodorant. The very little things so every penny helps with getting Dave and Tammy what they need to manage and get through this. It's tough but with faith and such an amazing community that you and everyone has made it can and will be done-Eric
I am so sorry to hear that you know firsthand the devastation of such loss. Please know that you, Eric, are lifted in prayer and thoughts for strength and peace. 🙏❤
Prayers for you as well Eric. Hugs
I’m so sorry this happened to you, Eric. I’ve noticed you in our community. You are certainly in my prayers for your recovery and for the strength of spirit to go forward with your life. I don’t collect carnival glass so I have nothing to send to you. If you have a way to buy you a coffee, I’d love to send you some money for those necessities you mentioned needing after such a severe loss. Please don’t be shy and let us care for you.
I appreciate you too kind one! ❤️🐩
@@Urbans-Antiques-And-Uniques prayers for you dear u tube friend Eric. Praying that rebuilding your home and life isn’t too stressful!🙏
Really nice Carnival Glass, Scott you chose good:) Thank you for being a helper. “When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, 'Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping." ~Mr. Rogers
I remember and absolutely love this quote - it is so very true and helpful in many different aspects of life. Thanks for the reminder.
Scott so many goodies here I wanted to comment on but I'm broken hearted for my friends and just can't think. I've talked to David but won't be myself until I talk to Tam. Thank you Dee, Vinny and all the youtube sellers who are passing this info along and this youtube family for supporting our friends. And thanks for showing Eric love he messaged me and is touched by your kindness ❤
You have a heart of gold. So refreshing to hear someone express concern about others. Many youtube channel owners are so narcissistic, not you. ❤ gurl, that oil lamp is amazing!!
So sweet of you to help someone restart their collection😘. What a kind gesture
The American Red Cross will also step in to help!!!! I had a house fire, and they were a great help!
Hall China company manufactured 4200 teapots for Lipton tea company by 1934. Found this info on line from museum of ceramics. Beautiful treasures. Happy thrifting. Look forward to seeing you and the Vintage Vinny together again. Keeping Tammy and David and other gentlemen in my thoughts and prayers 🙏
I thought so! By sight. I figured it was either Hall or Hull. Thanks for confirming!
Scott you are ao kind& thoughtful. Blessings. 🙏
“Twas on the isle of Capri that I found her”. My grandmother used to sing that. She was born in 1917. She couldn’t carry a tune in a bucket, but oh how we’d sing. 🎶
Thanks for bringing up a fun memory for me.
The converted oil lamp is just beautiful!
Scott, 'thank you' to Dee, Vinny and yourself for all the planning and updates regarding Tammy and David. There are so many good people in this world - and the community that you and the others have created, is proof of that.
@@marybeth4002 so truly and beautifully stated.
Happy Birthday dear Scott.🎉 I forgot you are a July baby. Enjoy your special day 🎂
Yes, please add an address or PO Box number. They are thought of and prayed for daily. I don't know you guys and never bought a thing, but you are a joy ! I'm a good judge of ppl, and you guys are keepers. God bless!
I am so very sorry to hear of the losses sustained by your friends. So nice of you, and Dee and Vinny, to help as you can.
Such a sweet gesture. If I had some carnival glass I’d send it in a heartbeat. Thank you for the update. The thrifting reselling community is a strong one. I have been sharing as much as I can and watching their videos while I work and encourage others to watch as well. If there is ever a way to send a box of inventory once they are settled, I’ll be so happy to help that way as well. I love all of you guys so so much. Praying so hard for them. Thank you, Scott.
Thanks Scott. At some point let us know what Tammy and David were collecting so maybe we can keep an eye out for it and set it aside for them. I know it’s a last priority, but I’m sure they would love to replenish their collections. ❤😊
We can not wait to get together with you and Vinny on Friday.
Aww the ice blue carnival glass is great.Hope David and Tammy can look forward through this.Thoughts and prayers for them
It is really wonderful to know with all the crazy crap going on in the world, there is a group of people who genuinely care about each other and not just about selling to make money. In the last year I have begin to think of you and your band of resellers as family as I am mostly house bond and I look forward to watching you on You Tube. I was already concerned about Tammy and David because of the storms. To loose everything in a fire is so heartbreaking. Many things can be replaced but family treasures cannot. Sending my prayers and love to all in this chain of caring and hope. Sincerely, Susan
It warms my heart to see all the support for David and Tammy. Overwhelming.
Thoughtful and beautiful, to help him reboot his collection.❤
Scott, It is the Isle of Capri. I once gave my mother a musical powder box and it had the same tune.
Scott, I believe today is your birthday? 🎉happiest of birthdays to you !
Eric- I’m so sorry for your great loss, but so thankful you’re safe. You will be in my prayers as you recover from this ❤
This community truly warms my heart ❤️
Please send Tammy and Dave my love.❤
Happy Birthday to you 🎶
Yes, they are things but for most of us who collect we also cherish the items for the story or memory that is associated with it.
Love the "Westward Ho" piece, and have toyed with buying some in the past, but I love Gillinder & Sons lion line, and have a few pieces of that, but there's always room for more! Thanks to you, Scott, and all the gang for helping Tammy and David. I know they must feel comforted by all the support you're giving them, along with those of us who find comfort in watching all of you. Whatever I can give is nothing compared to what all of you give those of us who often find ourselves alone. Your faces and voices warm my heart, and I know others must feel the same. Thanks!
To have friends like you, Vinny and the rest of your group is truly a gift from God ❤🙏👑 What a wonderful friend you are to send that carnival glass! God bless your friends.
Thanks Scott for the updates on both parties suffering from loss by fire. Praying & looking forward to an address to help & encourage them to keep strong. Love the haul you made also.
You have the greatest sense of humor and your positivity is amazing!!!! Having a strong faith in the Lord does make a HUGE difference doesn’t it Scott. Anyway, you always make me smile!
😊❣️☺️❣️😊❣️😊
Thank you for the update on Tammy & David. And so sorry to hear about the other person who lost their home. ❤
They were still making a version of the telephone candy container in the 50’s. I used to buy them as a kid at our local dime store. So sorry about Dave and Tammy.
What a generous-hearted and kind man you are! No 'hemming and hawing' about it, your the best! Always love your videos- sharing the hunt for the lovely things your find, information, ideas, and sharing your bungalow decor with us. Thanks now, for sharing and caring!
God bless you Scott. You are an amazing person!
So awful about the house fires, wonderful you are helping them. My husband and parents lost their over 200 old 2 family historic farm house at New Years while they were out milking before we were to meet for the first time. Lost absolutely everyThing and the cat and were only able to replace the house with a very small modular. Old electric fire.
thanks for keeping us informed about Tammy & David ~ I was finally able to make a small donation ( couldnt get the link to work at first.. my own error lol !!! )
Yes! The Isle of Capri! Thanks for the update on Tammy and Dave.. grateful they are ok! Also, I’d like to send your friend a piece of carnival glass.. hope you had a wonderful birthday! 🎂🎉😊
That is soo kind of you Scott to gift those beautiful carnival glass. You have a big heart.
Gotta have a Wawa got mine too love their hoagies especially the Italian! My Grandma used to say deesh too and she would say he’s Deef(deaf!) 😂 Keeping David and Tammy in my thoughts and prayers🙏🏻🥰 You are such a sweetheart! ❤️
Hauntingly beautiful lusters.😊
Exact thermostat was in my childhood home!
Hey Scott! I have a quick question for you. I found a really lovely piece of Roseville Pottery (Fresia pattern from 1945 I think in blue) at the thirft today for $4...CANADIAN! It's not in immaculate condition, but I was still pretty excited. It needs a good cleaning though, and I with a quick google search, I'm getting so much conflicting information on how to properly clean it. Some sources suggest soak it in pure white vinegar. Some say soap and water. I don't want to cause any damage to it. Do you have any suggestions? Maybe you could do a tutorial one day on how you clean your pottery? Dave and Tammy, sending you warm wishes and a donation. I hope you are both back on your feet soon. Thank you Scott for all your videos. I learn so much! Cheers!
Thanks for the update on Tammy and David ❤
👋🙌👍😎
Tammy & David ❤️❤️🙏🙏❤️❤️thank you for the information Scott. The most important thing is that Tammy, David and the animals are safe ❤️❤️🙏❤️
OMG!! That’s a perfect Vincent gift! 💝
That’s the song! (I looked it up. Familiar tune, but that’s about it.) 🤓
Hall made the blue teapot set. I eventually collected all 3 pieces. I think it's odd that the sugar creamer handles are not same shape as teapot handle. But they are a set.
I love it when you sing!🌹
So glad to see your light shine bright. I saw others say "Happy birthday" . If this is the case, I send Birthday wishes.
Well Mr. Scott, you truly have a heart of pure gold! Beautiful carnival glass. Prayers ongoing for your friends!
I have come across these “sea anemone”
type vases/bowls. Apparently, not Viking Glass. I was told that it was rather an import of lesser quality. But, I still like the tall spikes, all the same.
Happy Birthday Scott 🥳🎉🎈
I’ve never been to a WaWa!
I’m glad Vinny is coming again! ❤
I have a radio just like that one in your house only a lighter color 😊
You're a sweetheart for sharing your carnival glass. ❤
Prayers for all your needs, especially to just keep moving forward in faith. What a caring community!
I saw a bunch of that Westward Ho in Fayetteville AK at a vintage shop last week, had never seen before! Fun for you to explain it.
Maybe, when artificial intelligence takes over raising children, then there might be a need for a Mother museum. I have a correspondence from a child in boarding school (early 1900s) in which he calls the wonderful experience as being like sent to ‘Sing-Sing Prison’. My Grandmother wanted us 5 boys put on the train and sent to Millersburg Millitary Institute. I never saw a Grandmother motto plaque hanging in her house. LOL.
Agree 100% on electrified oil lamps ….(Scott is such a good egg….Always caring about people….). 🙏 ♥
Came across your Mepoco plates in an old video. Love that stuff! It’s so bold and deco! Please show us your collection! I dig old stuff, but so much of it seems…fussy. There’s a special dish for every single purpose, all delicate and fragile and flowery. But then I’m a barbarian who often ends up standing in front of the stove eating soup from the pan. For Mepoco Circles, though, I’d eat at a TV tray like a proper adult. Lol.
Hall China Company Scott. Lipton tea set.
Christina you beat me to the manufacturer.🤗
@@kathyhodges7054 lol I found it on Ebay.
Your looking good as well as the pieces you’ve shown, hope that’s not inappropriate…
Yup - Isle of Capri - The “jool-a-ree” box is kitschily fab. I’m beginning to really appreciate those old framed mottoes - sappy, yeah, but in a good way. LOVE the telephone candy container!
Lipton Tea Set by Hall(?)
What’s happened to them and the other person you mentioned, is just heartbreaking. Continued prayers for them 🙏🏻. They’ll get through this. 🙂🕊️
👏👏👍😀Great glass ,the brass lamp is nice with a simple glass chimney it will look gorgeous.
ooh those are SO pretty lit up !!!!
lol Vinny will love that !
Ah, Wawa!! My friend and I went there every day when we were in Florida. I wish they had them where I live.
The Lipton teapots are showing being made by Hall as promotional items.
your such a love
My mother in law threw away any unclothed figurines she saw, in the house. Had to hide them after we figured it out....lol
We are thank God in central texas 🙏
Hoagie Fest 🥳😄
If it says Pittsburgh on it….it’s got to be good!🤭😉
That oil lamp is spectacular
Happy birthday, Scott! I wish i could find the link you spoke of to help Tammy and David, but i cannot locate it. Probably my age and tech stupidity! If you or anyone else can help, i'd appreciate it.

Sorry to hear about Tammy and David and about your subscriber my prayers that things will be better for them
Saying prayers ❤
Could be wrong, but I believe Hall China made the teapot etc for Lipton.
❤😊
Wishing well to all those going through a hard time.

How can we help ?
La dee dee la dee dahhhh 😂
Mini m and m works😅
I change all my oil lamps back to kerosene
By the way - why is it sooooo many homes are burning down? And not talking wild fires. It does make me wonder what is happening? Are us homeowners missing something???
Local volunteer fire department fellows are talking about 50-year-old wiring in tract houses, decaying mortar in even older chimney stacks -- and new neighbors in these houses who, unlike Scott in the 1925 Bungalow, don't grasp the risks involved in delaying maintenance.
Lipton tea pot. Hall china 1935
