Seit den 80er Jahren bin ich von Doro begeistert. Während ich heute ein Alter Mann bin, scheint sie nicht zu altern. Ihre Power ist ungebrochen und erreicht mich heute noch
wie vor 40 Jahren.. Stolz macht mich, wohl einer ihrer ersten Fans gewesen zu sein. Ich habe immer gehofft das sie lange im Musikgeschäft verteten sein wird, das sie bis

@orklord6668 Da neigst du wohl eher zur Pop - Musik, ich eher zur Metal Musik. Für mich beides tolle Frauen, die in ihrer Stilrichtung wohl alles erreicht haben, was man nur erreichen kann. Von daher mein Vergleich.

@orklord6668 Wie schon gesagt wurde zwei verschiedene Richtung. Tina Turner hatte sicherlich größeren Erfolg, aber niemand hatte so viel Power in der Stimme wie Doro. Selbst viele Männer aus der Metal Scene hat sie in der Hinsicht in die Tasche gesteckt finde ich.

​@orklord6668 Ne Tina Turner wird sie nicht.. will sie auch nicht. Was ist dein Standpunkt ? Jede der beiden war nen Meilenstein in der Musikgeschichte. Du stehst mehr auf Tina Turner, schöhn. Aber wenn wir nu Anfangen das so zu sehen. Dann kannst Tina Turner auch gleich abschreiben. Denn das gibts andere. VIELE andere. Also ich selbst hab meine NUR Metall Zeit schon länger hinter mir als du atmen kannst haha.
Und selbst ich als Alter Metal fan. WEIS das es andere gibt. Celine DIon und Whitney Houston zb sind für mich die Creme De la Creme wenns um die Stimme geht. Musikalsch geht nix über Evanescence. Die Frau hat einfach was, das 99% aller anderen fehlt. Und sie macht auch heute noch geniale Musik.
Nichts desto trotz. Als alter Fan... sag ich Doro war immer da, ihre Musik begleitete mich seit ich 16 wurde.. vorher hab ich elvis gehört hahahaha, und deswegen ist sie meine Nr 1. OK vielleicht dicht gefolgt oder gleichauf mit lee Aaron. Siehst... Musik is kein 1x1, Musik ist du, deine Ohren und ddein Herz.
Tina Turner war gut. Ich hab sie EINMAL live gesehen was mich ne stange geld gekostet hat. Die Frau hatte mehr mit Doro gemein als du dir denken kannst. Aber da ging es dann jezt von der Musik weg zu andern sachen und.. ich hab eh schon wieder zuviel geschrieben ahahaha

But of course she's far more than that - she is the High Priestess of Metal, who without grabbing that many headlines over five decades (count 'em FIVE) has just got on with the business of Rock n' Roll, filling stadiums and wowing festivals. Her secret - utter and total dedication to her craft, and being the total performer - like Ozzy but without the chaotic offstage antics.
And she sounds and looks AS GOOD AS EVER. And this tune is just superb - utterly glorious rabble-rousing rally-to-the-flag Battle Metal absolutely guaranteed to have 50,000 Wackenites yelling it back to her. This totally made my morning - I had it on rotation ten times before trearing myself away to write this review. It simply does everything right - production, structure, killer hook, killer chorus, with no boring self-indulgence anywhere - if you play for Doro, you know your place. This is a must own and Exhibit A why you should always be on the hunt for great new tunes. My Score: Excellent 5*

Definitely not "all of our lives." Free people never went on lockdown nor wore masks. First time someone asked me to put on a mask, I said no thanks and kept doing what I was doing. Same with tons of other people. The pandemic didn't affect us.
