Great coach he saw problems and he took actions immediately not like other coach that wait till 70 minutes to make changes and some times is too late
He's such a nice and reasonable guy. Great to see people like him succeed. He doesn't talk about what could happen or what people are expecting. Everyone knows that anyway. Instead he focuses on the facts, stays calm and delivers results.
He's the opposite of being all talk and no action.
Even if Moyes and West Ham got knocked out with a 1-0 win Bayer Leverkusen still managed to grab a draw to keep their unbeaten run going. 89th minute equaliser when they could have just tried to play it safe speaks more about their mentality. Superb team under Xabi Alonso.

This guy is a class act. Moyes could learn a thing or two how he answers the press plus he could learn how and when to use substitutions. Oh and to build a squad that has strength on the bench.

Ref was shocking in the 2nd half and his intervention changed the whole dynamjcs of the game, knowing the bookings would enable west ham to take the foot off the gas, plus the decisions against Antonio and Bowen were a joke
Stop crying, you had 1-2 small decisions going the Leverkusen‘s way. Learn to accept defeat, you had basically one shot in the 2nd half, how don‘t you feel ashamed to talk about the referee after getting 135 of 180 minutes completely outclassed?

@@garyteeley9637 I understand your love for West Ham, but keep your delusion aside. 90 Minutes in Leverkusen you had one shot on and 33 shots conceded. Here in West Ham you had good 45 minutes and then Leverkusen had all the possession and the better chances. How isn't that outclassed?
@@PandaNew class is defined in different ways I guess. Although I despize low block and Moyes, difficult to suggest that we was outclassed in Germany.
2nd leg 1st half, west ham gang raped Leverkusen. 2nd half our squad depth was exposed, however that ref was a c@@t of the highest order and reduced our tempo and dominance. Leverkusen have not experienced that 1st 45 mins for a long time...fact
