Nice car and the second and third row is the most spacious in this segment and the folding sequence is very innovative, I like it the design and interior is fantastic...
Since you have access to a lift now, may I suggest you do a technical analysis of the underbody - like savagegeese?

The same line of logic you used with regards to having the extra seats can be used for having 4wd/awd and vice versa.

That’s not technically a 360 camera. It records the image when you reverse so that you can see what’s beside or behind you in a 360-kind of perspective. I once saw a Taiwanese car channel and they explained it that way.

Hi bobby, how about the sound deadening quality?
Because the 5008 allure plus I got, has a really bad sound supression from the outside (especially the roof, i found it has little difference when you close and open it)
What I found was, there was NO deadening/silencer installed in doors and below my feet

Oh dear. My opinion is that Peugeots have never been known for quiet ride etc. But you can add sound proofing to your car to make it comfier and nicer

Is it true that in malaysia those who own car with 3000-6500 cc engines dont pay road tax?
No. But. They can
1) use langkawi roadtax as i saw once in dorsett hotel in subang jaya, a porsche carerra with a rm1 roadtax.
2) renew sabah/sarawak roadtax but car use in west malaysia. My friend did this with his land cruiser. But its illegal.
After driving 3k km the brake will be sweets

Very nicely done and Have just ordered this car in a Pearl White Gt line premium(with panoramic roof), I was up against the Skoda Kodiaq but on paper the Peugeot Just has way too much and far more attractive inside and out so went with my gut.

There is a panoramic roof? How much does it cost then?
YL THEN the panoramic roof was not an extra but a feature provided with the Gt line PREMIUM, it also came with Front heating seats, driver multi point massage function, keyless entry and go, keyless boot with foot function, panoramic opening glass roof, riff ambient lighting and interior blinds, 19” alloys which I think is a perfect t ride and not at all big on that sized suv, and a 230v socket which is great for laptop or air pump(camping), really it’s the seating luxury I wanted. This is all the extras of previous classes but without going into the GT sport model. Any features on the GT model is not somthing I’m really wanting apart from the focal Sound system (£480) extra, and 360 camera which is not nessasary since you have front sensors and reverse camera anyways. Gt model just has the beautiful trims like the leather and badges but not worth it for me. Premium was the way for me :)

Your demonstration of the 3rd row was misleading. You explained you moved the 2nd row forward to give more space to the 3rd row. Yet when you sat down the seat in front of you wasn't pulled back to the length of the other two seats. So you had lots of leg room however the seat in front of you would have had zero leg room.

I am the first in Malaysia to receive this car despite being no2 to book it. The Glenmarie after sales isOK lah. when i called them to enquire about my insurance (unfortunately hit on left side by a drunk driver), they can't answer my queries and kept insisting that i need to call my salesperson, who was in hospital that time. Unlike Honda, they can answer anything in just one phone call

Norman, what's are the problem for this version of 5008 that you have encountered? I am looking for a feedback from owners of this car to make decisions for my purchase. Apart from 5008, hyundai santa fe, kia sorento and mazda cx8 are on my list.

The car is good, But review from Peugeot customer from their experience service after sale from Service Center is to bad...(wether it's from Peugeot HQ or other Peugeot SC around Klang Valley)

Problem is with Peugeot, resale value is crap... and almost impossible to dispose the vehicle after >5 years (not good resale market demand)....

William Wallace Right, although the words you used to describe the review is too harsh on him... Think of the positives, he showed everything nicely, although he didnt place the camera somewhere, whereas for the 3008 review he placed it somewhere and it looked really good!
