    I just drove to Indiana to pick up my first Sailrite! It isn't even out of the box yet. It was shear heaven sewing on it at their headquarters. I can't wait to start sewing with it. So glad to see an accomplished seamstress using one!

      Did you get a fabricator? I've not used any of the other models... Congratulations! You'll love it!

      I got the Ultrafeed LSZ. I will be taking it back and forth to the lake with me so portability was necessary. Thank you so much for your videos.@@jeanniesdesigns5295

    I pulled my serger out today and had to rethread it. It took 40 minutes plus I had to look at a video of how to thread it. It’s new but 5 years old. I have only used it twice before. I use to have a Elna and I loved that machine. I sold it to a friend that destroyed it. It was at least 15 years old but worked like butter. I wish I had never sold it after I purchased this Brother1034 DX. I started making my own clothes again so I need my serger. My first dress in over 7 years came out so nice. The fit is perfect without any pattern changes. I was so impressed with myself. I purchased the wallet pattern and will cut out the fabric later today. I have to learn how to use my scan n cut. That is the reason for the purchase to aid in cutting my patterns. Anyway, love your videos.

    My New Hampshire dealer (Nashua sew and Vac) 😮has the Babylock Celebrate 4 thread serger with jetair threading for $1099. I think you must be looking at some fantastic machine if it costs $7000.

    Very nice wallet! What type of thread did you use and do you always use the same type when sewing with canvas or vinyl? Pittsburgh, PA

    Good afternoon....I watched a recent video of yours on CZcams where you made 3 items using your scan and cut an eyeglass case, a wallet type item and a "catch all" for other items one would keep in a purse. My question is....where can I get the pattern (for lack of a better term) for my scan and cut? BTW the video really inspired me...taking my cutting machine out of the closet.

    Hi Barb, call me dim but I have just watched your excellent tutorial and I have bought the pattern, however, I have cut the exterior piece with no problem but when it came to the interior my scan and cut has reduced the size. Could you advise how to cut the interior’s on the scan and cut. Thank you in advance Adele

    • @jeanniesdesigns5295
      @jeanniesdesigns5295  Před 11 měsíci

      I honestly am not an expert... I actually only cut the interior pieces on my scan n cut.. not the exterior or interior main lining.... there are several great facebook groups if you're on FB..

      @@jeanniesdesigns5295 thanks for getting back to me. When I mentioned that I was dim I meant it. I’m new to scan and cut having used a Cricut for a couple of years. It occurred to me yesterday that if I print and cut the pattern and then scan it, YES, it is a scan and cut after all, it worked like a charm. Saved the pattern pieces to the scan and cut and off it went. Suddenly I love my scan n cut. Carry on with the wonderful videos. They’re great and you’re great, thanks again from Yorkshire in the UK.

    I have my sister's serger, and don't know how to use it. She was a beautiful seamstress, she would make clothes out of her head. She is past now, but I have a piece of her here with me with her machine.
