Tommy Green the DT-CAOS slide cover is a bit wider than the factory one, but most holsters I’ve come across seam to work well. The holster needs a cutout for the optic.

Why don’t you guys make one for the USG? Would seem like a good idea since the USG doesn’t have serrations.

Is there any parts from the oem cover that need to be transferred to the dt chaos?
The OEM cover is one piece. Once removed as seen in the video, there are no additional parts attached to it.
Who makes holsters for dt chaos equipped five-sevens?

Any universal bench block for pistols should work.

Corey Wilde negative. A standard 1/8” punch will do. However, you will need a steady hand so you don’t mark up the factory slide cover.

I don’t get the point of a video showing how to mount an optic capable slide cover and then not installing an optic. What holds the optic on?
