A Warriors fan here, however I was impressed with the Knick fans who respected this 2024 team. They almost doubled their wins from last season and played to end.

I'm a 73 yr. old ex Celtics fan who's hated the Knicks (genuinely hated in a sports fan way) for 50 years, but I was rooting for them this time. I only watch highlights now, but were the Pacers playing full court defense yesterday? Maybe they can fluster the Celtics that way, since the C's don't really have a great pg. Then again, Tatum will just run into defenders and get the call every time, lol.

The Pacers are a better matchup for both Boston and Indiana's sake. For Boston, they finally needed to face a healthy team and Indiana is very much that. For Indiana, they are a better matchup for Boston anyway than a Knicks team who was starting to wear down and get beaten up progressively anyway, culminating with the Brunson hand injury. Knicks would've been easily swept. Pacers will NOT get swept and will NOT be easy for Boston. This is the better matchup. Haven't met in the playoffs since the first round of the 2005 playoffs. Been almost TWO DECADES since their last matchup

Can The Knicks organization please get rid of Tom Thibodeau? I do not want to see him return as their head coach next season. He can never win the big/meaningful games. You insert a better coach and bring this squad back, if healthy they are my favorite to come out of the East

Pacers ain't apologizing for other teams' injuries. For the record, Pacers won 4 of 5 against the Bucks during the regular season and GA played in ALL of those games, so they're perfectly capable of handling him. Everyone also conveniently leaves out that the Pacers are down their best bench player, Benedict Mathurin.
