it's a sad fact that the ever shrinking Knicks' rotation was a major factor in this outcome. at their best, the Pacers played to their strengths & defended well enough to get passed a gritty, but hobbled NY team. NY should be proud, and the EC is on notice: a healthy Knickerbockers will be a massive challenge in 2024-25.

@@gullintanni not sure i agree. i get the sense a lot of trust is involved with certain coaches - Thibbs is old skool, for sure. But this extended run, with 4 of the imagined starters out, has proven just how tough the Knicks (starting) bench is.

They either need a new coach that does not run the starters into the ground or a team president to tell Thibs he can’t play starters more than 33mpg. He kills his team with overuse injuries.

The Knicks aren't likeable until Thibodeau willing to use more people in his roster. The injuries and tiredness remind me of Udoka who uses only 7 players in series against Warriors in 2022 Finals. I am frustrated when I see players looking tired and lose in game 6...

As a Celtic fan I wanted to beat the Knicks. Too bad they have a player killing coach. Pacers are a bigger challenge as the Knicks would have been swept. Good thing this was a tough series as Boston does not play well against Pacers but they will hopefully find a way with their experience and talent.
