Can I ask what is meant by everything? Yes they’ve had to spend money to catch up because 20 years ago they weren’t even in the premier league, but they’ve got a fairly rich history and a good core set of realistic and respectful fans. If you are aiming at the money they’ve spent on players, from Liverpool in the 70’s to various Italian clubs in the 90’s moving on to a Man Utd team who’s signing of Ferdinand and Veron combined would total around 300m in today’s market... there really shouldn’t be a problem with anything they’ve done.

The points system is kinda off, because winning the French league with PSG is way easier than for example winning the Russian league with Lokomotiv Moscow, or winning the Turkish league with Basiktas. Some leagues have a generally lower standard than the others, but they might be way more competitive. Like the Bundesliga might be a better league than the Portuguese league, but it's far less competitive. I think that winning the Portuguese league with Sporting for example should get same, or more points than winning the Bundesliga with Bayern, or the French league with PSG.
