Love your attitude to riding. Not interested in knee down and just enjoy the riding in your own style and how you want to. No desire to be a poser and couldn't give a shit about chicken strips. Respect to you for that 👍👍 I just bought a 2009 Fazer S2 and love it 😎

Getting your knee down on the road is all good and well, until you hit a patch of oil/diesel and then you get your shoulder down...then your back...then the other knee!

I own a bike like this for 4 years. 1st - it never let me down.
2nd - I love this engine. Why would you need lot`s of torque when you are just driving like a normal person obeying the speed limit? I have found it calm and comfortable every time I want it to be like that. WHEN you want to have some fun or race smb just drop the gear down! I don`t see why so many people constantly complaining for no reason at all. Yes, that is a high reving engine, so what? You wanna have power? Just rev it and that`s it!
This bike allowed me to follow any bike on a road during fast group trips. It allowed me to race other 600cc bikes does not matter sport or street still even IF someone is a little faster it is not much. I also raced this bike against 700hp Camaro and it was very close up to 150km/h! So I am VERY happy with everything this bike has to offer. Very reliable machine and it can be anything you want - calm and comfortable daily driver or rapid and loud rocket on wheels.

I find that all Yamaha FZ's are all underrated machines. Yamaha were idiots and priced them higher than the competition and as a result a lot of people didn't buy them which makes them cheap weapons in the second hand market. I've ridden an FZ6 and loved it.

Just got this FZ6. 2008 with 14k miles! $2700 This is perhaps the greatest value bike I've owned. Comfortable, fun, fast, cool.
I'm a Harley rider mostly. But have an old 81 GS850G restoration. Love the old UJM bikes. The FZ6 are those bikes on steroids.
I plan on touring a bit and commuting with it. Probably better have a Go-Fund-Me page for speeding tickets. :-)
What it needs; Cruise control, radio and some storage space.
By the way...did you notice you drive on the wrong side of the road?!

Does your FZ6 get super vibey around 6-9K RPM's? like an uncomfortable rattling noise? Mine does that and its almost unbearable I can't half throttle to beyond 7grand, i have to either bang out the gears full twist or just short shift. Maybe I need a slip on or something.. It seems like an exhaust issue.

BUT iv been looking at the fz6n due to it being cheaper as it's slightly older.. How ever you have done a video on the fuel consumption BUT how about a video on all the true running cost's? i.e insurance from a 125cc to a 600cc and service costs ect ect.

Well i ended up getting a Kawasaki ER6n on Wednesday i got fully comp, with 3 years no claims, plus a few extra's like brekdown cover and 4-5 other things and it cost total £260. It wasn't the cheapest on the comparison website, but when i worked it all out, i got alot more for my money then if i did go for the chepest. the chepest was £190 taking into account i got my reminder through for my old mito sp525 and that was £124 full comp but with very little extras..
The best bet is just to put your details into a comparison website and check the box, bike not bought yet. It will tell you routhly what it will cost ;)
