Wow! I just discovered this very talented singer. I'm so glad he's doing well. I've lost several family members to cancer. They suffered terribly before they died. The human body and mind are built for survival. Unfortunately, that can work against a terminally ill person when it would be so much more merciful if they could just pass on more peacefully..... I've personally had more experience with that than most people. :-(

Just love a Stan such a great guy, great singer and survivor, but what got me most about this interview was hearing an Austrailian not only say but pronounce correctly tangata whenua most impressive, even our morning news people struggle with that here in NZ well done and yes you are a handsome man a Stan

I battled same cancer beginning of 2020 and 2wks b4 xmas 2020 i beat it. Unlike stan, im a 41yr old solo father of 3 daughters. I aint famous and dont have all the money etc but you know what I have and know? I know I am stronger mentally, physically and my mindset was and always positive since day1 diagnosed with gastric cancer. 2nd - my daughters, credit goes to them for being stronger then ever. Point is. I aint famous, i also lived a similar life like Stan, i still battle life up to this day. If stan werent famous. Would he still get to tell his story???
