The saddest part of war is when a family doesn’t get the closer

My dad was in the military and because he had to go away a lot, he and my mum considered this to be their song.
Thankfully he’s out of the military now and no longer has to go away anymore

I love how sometimes songs show the female soldier's perspective as well as a man's.
So it's pretty much violent that you're drafted now.
To never know what happened to your loved ones in my eyes would be worse than knowing that they're dead.
It's unique that they included both sides of the story, and this scenario is a tragedy in itself.
If you want a beautiful song that showcases both a father and daughter's perspective when a parent is deployed I'd recommend Home Again by Queensryche. The leader sings a duet with his daughter.
As far as comedy anything Bill Burr, Gabriel Iglesias, Ron White, and Jo Koy to name a few.
I'm glad you're back to reacting regularly. I very much enjoy them.
    Much love from Pennsylvania. 🙂

Man, we had some good INA indig forces with us, our terp specifically was a super solid guy, sadly he was killed in 2017 or so (hard to get a good date since it was passed along to me after the fact) fighting daesh/ ISIS.
    I'm still recommending:
As Blood Runs Black- In Honor
The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza- Hold the Line
I also think you should check out the music video for Kanonenfieber- Stop the War (about Ukraine).

As soldiers, i feel you would have to dehumanize the "enemy". Anyone fighting against you would be considered part of the "enemy", whether they got the choice or not. It's very unfortunate and heartbreaking, but so is war in general.

What you're trying to say towards the end is Humanity. You have to set aside your humanity to be able to accomplish your mission.
Respect you as a soldier. But as an army, I have nothing but disrespect for you. Middle east is Your country's mess (not you the soldier, but your country's leadership).

Sorry for the late reply... but no the middle East isn't America's mess. It's a mess America has tried to clean up... but the way England and France divided up the Ottoman Empire post ww1 is what caused the majority of this mess. If boarders were allowed to form by ethnic / cultural barriers it wouldn't be nearly as messy but our European friends drew the lines.
