This show literally showed me the life I did not know and encouraged me to dream beyond what I saw around me . I am a Computer Scientist/Analyst from a shanty township in the Westrand, thanks to Top Billing.

I grew up watching Top Billing, I made sure that I watch a repeat if I missed an episode and I got very sad when I learned that the show is ending, the show really inspired me it was giving me a peek of the lifestyle that I wanna live... Top Billing was truly my favourite show.

This episode is so emotional and yet still so inspiring. I grew up watching Top Billing and it opened up my mind and my horizons. I fell in love with the houses shown and my love for Interior Design stemmed from this wonderful show. Fast forward to today, I have been awarded a full scholarship to study Interior Design and I credit this iconic show for showing us that dreams are meant to come true. Mom Bassie, we love you and we are so grateful to you and your journey of hope.

Top Billing just had that feel-good atmosphere, everything was aspirational, the houses,the cars,the clothes, the lifestyle -it gave us life goals as a little kid, hamba kahle top billing !!!!!

It was nice to see a happier side of Africa being showed. I was here when you guys had like 5,000 subbies. I haven't followed TB for awhile so I was amazed to see you guys had 105k subbies. It's good for young Africans to see that their continent has so much to offer and we can do amazing things with what God has given us. People love to see the negatives of Africa but this show went above and beyond in bringing the positive parts of Africa. I am truly grateful from the bottom of my heart for what you all have done. God Bless each and everyone of you and I pray for your time in this world 🙏🏾

Why can't Top Billing just open Their own channel. I mean think about it's a great idea. They can't end like that with all their work after so many years. A channel on Dstv maybe would be nice. Availability is there 24/7 ❤😿

This show was truly remarkable. It gave me a perspective of the great luxuries and inspirations that this country has to offer. I grew up watching top billing and never missed an episode. It fueled my ambitions and encouraged me to be successful. This show was the best thing to ever happen to my existence. Honestly my life feels incomplete without your show. My childhood dream was to someday be on top billing. I have tears in my eyes knowing that this breathtaking show is ending. Lots of love.

It is regrettable that the only tasteful television show in South Africa has ended a truly remarkable venture. Bon Voyage and abundance to the producers and the stellar team of presenters, crew, and writers. You will be missed.

The ending of Top Billing is a clear sign of everything that has happened at the SABC - and in the Hands of the ANC - SAA, Post Office, SARS, Denel, Transnet, Eskom - Just to mention a Few - They've destroyed it all.

Someone help me understand why the editors just cut off Ntando's mother while she was about to discuss why she thinks her daughter will win the competition, only to translate that to English, as if this South African show does not have African speaking viewers...
Top billing needs to do a rural version of Top Billing. Yes, we won't have mansions like these but we are South Africans of average means, mostly black, rebuilding our homes in rural areas. Instead of just building rondevels with thatched roofs, we are building 8 corners with garages LOL! I'm sharing my journey of building my own home as well. Check it out.
