Hey coach as we all know about the pandemic of covid and one more time all the badminton academy are closed well I am training at home only but can't get training as compared to the academy and that's really sad so if we will go to play again what difference we will see in our game and how to recover it as soon as possible?
If you continously keep fit at home, you will be able to adjust faster. Ofcourse, we could feel a little slower or get tired faster than we used to but if we keep fit, we have better chances at getting back faster to our usual game! 😁🏸
