Ronnie Coleman was his absolute best at the 1999 Mr Olimpia.
He totally blew away the entire lineup.

Chris Cormier was my favorite in the 90's and as a young bodybuilder I looked up to him coz dude was huge and well tone and cut only underrated and was unfortunate he competed with king Ronnie Coleman. Fair judging despite all guys were deserving to win Ronnie Coleman was class above the best
I was out back stage talking to Ronnie that night. I knew he was going to win. Flex looked phenomenal also. I put the third coat of posing oil on Ronnie’s back and the thickness was insane. All those years of heavy lifting. He was absolutely shredded.

@@Marc98338it’s a combination of things. The training intensity and free weight movements. The diets Back then were different. The access to much higher quality pharmaceuticals over the counter and behind the counter. No social media so there was less stress less distractions. This is just my opinion only.

Flex had nothing to do with body building though he had some congenital disease

Flex wheeler lost my respect by acting the way he did. He did not look better then Ronnie and the judges showed it by giving him 2nd place. Ronnie is the greatest Mr. OLYMPIA ever. Flex should have been happy he got second place, he was the 2nd best bodybuilder in the world and that is something to be proud of.

If Dillett had as much galactic depth, width and detail in his back as his other parts and could pose properly he’d be unbeatable and GOAT. Only the legendary Sergio Oliva had that ridiculous waist to Shoulder differential to match Dilletts. Why didn’t he at least invest in a good choreography coach or something?? It could have made a huge difference, he could’ve mastered even hiding weaknesses, what a waste.
It's because it's difficult to move with 130 kg and cramps. Ask Markus Rühl, but Paul Dillet was worse. But I don't care about that, Paul looked magnificent even without posing.
