Chinese junk that what it all is
Solar taxi, I am very highly disappointed in your sales guy, Ebenezer in kumasi
I am an uber driver, I met a rider who wanted to motor bikes not a bike and I recommended an electric motor bike, my rider became interested and I drove him to kumasi hive .
Upon arrival, we were told they have Solar taxi a new office in kumasi, Ebenezer' contact was given to us, we drove to the area and I called Ebenezer more than eight calls for directions to the exact location, as I speak Ebenezer has not returned my call.
What bothers me is, the rider paid for a service of no benefits and I was felt very very humiliated

So sorry about that experience. However we just did an interview with them and so they won't be able to see your complaints/grievances. Maybe you'd want to contact their customer service and they would definitely attend to you and find a solution to this for you. Thank you.
