Today we are bringing to you another "One and Done". In this series we choose one product! Yes, you heard us right, ONE product. We will apply it to our freshly shampooed hair. It will be the sole product of the Video. It will have zero help from leave ins of any kind, liquid or otherwise, oils, additional creams or butters.....etc...etc....NOTHING. It's on it's own. Will it be a. M.A.D. CURLS approved curly haired product? Watch and see.
Remember, in order to be M.A.D. CURLS approved the product will have to meet 3 criteria. The first criteria will be moisturization, does it keep the hair moisturized throughout the day? The second criteria we will be looking for will be whether our curls have Curl definition throughout the day and lastly does the product encourage hold for our Curly style? If these three criteria are met......well then this product will indeed be M.A.D. CURLS approved?

More water. You mentioned trying to use more water but LoriAnne definitely had areas that looked like they needed more water before applying products. Try on soaking/dripping wet hair.
Y’all seem to be hair touchers, that was giving me so much anxiety! All I kept thinking was you’re gonna cause frizz.
All the manipulation definitely increases frizz. Soaking wet and stop playing in it.

Omg I'm sold! Coconut free, Glycerin free, and protein free! I'm a little concern that it'll weigh down my hair though but I'll definitely try it. Honestly I like how ya do the 1 products method. Love the Aloe Whipped Butter Gel with Curl Maker. I use lots of water before applying. I use so much less butter when I use lots of water. A great combo!
For me, Camille Rose products go on much better when you spritz water on first!
I use the Whipped gel for my protective styles on top of a leave-in. As it is whipped, it is a light hold. I am sticking with it this Summer (not that I'm going anywhere in Quarantine Lol).
I just found this product at Whole Foods. It is definitely a one and done for me. I use about a quarter size (which for curly hair is unheard of for me). It is so perfect. I’m so glad I found it. As a matter of fact, day two - four are the best ever. This product makes my hair look and feel great.

💕💕💕 I actually love this product(I use as a one and done too- no leave-in) for my twist outs... I get 7-10 days out my hair without having to retwist or remoisturize - and my hair gets better looking as the days go... My fav product from Camille🌹. I have quite a few of her stuff. I want to try her Cocoa Nibs Growth Serum. Always a pleasure watching!!!💕💕 💕

I wash my hair with the ginger cleansing rinse by Camille🌹, then deep condish with one of her conditioners, after I go straight into the Butter Gel on very damp hair and twist. This product is very moisturizing so for me I don't need leave in conditioner. I tried it once, and I didn't like the results at all. Oh and I don't add any oil or extra gel on top - this gives a great soft hold for days. Hope this helps 🤍

Love y’all! So I love this stuff, but you definitely need a lot of water and LA I would have sectioned. Still like the look though. I use this to refresh as well orrrr with UFD curly magic, which means curl maker should work well too! Keep up the positivity during this time. ❤️❤️
The Aloe whipped butter gel is too light & The Curlaid Moisture butter is too thick so I mixed them and I got the best of both worlds.💗🌺

It’s funny but I just got this product for my daughter even tho her hair is too short for a wash and go. I thought it would be great to moisturize when I put it up in pigtails and braids but just like every product we’ve tried lt didn’t work out for her. On the search once again. I tried a one and done for the first time with the Camille Rose Aloe Whipped Butter Gel and I'm very surprised to say it came out decent. Never thought it would work for my hair❤
Did it last long?
It lasted about 4-5 days. It wasn't bad at all.
Was it a crunch ?
It was a soft hold.

I was on the live that night when we shut down Camille Rose and Hattache when we all bought out the Crème Restore. I think it was only $5 that's why we all went crazy. I bought four! I have this whipper butter gel and I do not remember the results. I like the results on both on you, but it looks like LA could have used a little more product. I know you are using this as a one and done, but I would probably add a little curlmaker for longevity.

I can’t use this alone. It was frizzy while wet. Nope nope nope, I went over it with keracare gelessence gel (a life saver). It’s moisturizing but not enough hold for me. I’m not sure if I didn’t use enough? I love creams for my wash and gos so I’m not sure why it didn’t work for me. Oh well lol!

I liked Lori Ann"s hair now rather than 2017 and Taylor Ann's hair looked good both times, just a little more moisturized in 2017.

Hello ladies I love Camille Rose whipped butter gel what I do I put the curl love on first and then I put the aloe butter gel and it does wonderful of my hair and I have about the same texture as you guys and it doesn't feel productivity it just gives it a little extra not to feel dry but I love your hair your hair look wonderful I'm glad you guys did that and also I've been trying and I would like to see you try Miss Jessie's I've been using the leave in with the Miss Jessie's Multicultural curls have a wonderful day ladies love y'all
I'm always late but honestly I'm glad for this review because I'm not 100% sure how I feel about the Curl Maker yet. I'll have to try again right after the shower and/or use their hair milk.

I'm very high porosity, and I have the similar results to Lori Ann's with the Aloe Butter Gel. I find that I have to apply it in the shower to soaking wet hair, and use a little bit of hair gel over it to keep from frizz and more definition.

I have a dry scalp and 3-4 different curl patterns in my hair, one being 4C type, so I have to be super careful. Camille Rose is not on my radar. I tried the Almond Jai and wasn't a fan so I haven't tried anything else from them. I'm loving a good cream only wash n go nowadays, but I'm not checking for this. Cute results, but there are too many products (cheaper ones too) for this product to not have a seamless application process 💗💗💗

Does anyone know of a product that compares to devacurls wavemaker? Its like a gritty pasty whipped type of cream. They call it a texturized whip. I'm hoping to find a curly girl method approved dupe. Iso bouncy cream doesn't do the same thing for me.
Both of your results were cute but my hair is so thick & coarse it needs to be weighed down otherwise my hair will turn into a frizz ball. This looks promising though. It definitely checks all the boxes as far as not having certain ingredients. It just seems like too light of a hold for my hair. If anything I can top if with a stronger hold gel
